Holiday Inn Express & Suites Heath - Newark - Hotel in Heath - 1405 Hebron Rd, USA

I was quite surprised by how clean everything was and the upkeep of the hotel physical plant, furniture and fixtures for the price. The front desk and dining staff were all very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was by far better than any of the competitor hotels that are the same level of breakfast selections.

Practically brand new hotel located on a main thoroughfare, close to restaurants, shopping, entertainment, and freeways. Very clean and well maintained with friendly staff willing to help at any time. The room was lovely. The beds were comfortable. The price was affordable even for a weekend. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Room was clean and comfortable. Nothing fancy but nice. The curtains completely shut up light from outside, nice. Everyone was nice,polite, & helpful. The breakfast was good but the biscuits were slightly overdone as were the trademark cinnamon rolls. Lady at the desk said they just got the oven fixed so it is probably a one off thing. We'll stay again.

Blue made check in a breeze when we arrived. She was so kind and always had a smile the whole time we were there, and was very helpful with all the information. I am so glad she told us about breakfast! It was some of the best bacon we had ever had and there wasn't anything we ate that wasn't tasty! About the room: Super clean! The bed was super comfy and the shower was HUGE! My hubby loved our room I picked out which makes me happy that he was happy. We had a second floor room and the view out the window over the yard and trees was so peaceful, and being at the end of the hallway there was no noise. Like the title says, we are Holiday Inn people now. :)

The staff was amazing, the room was clean and comfortable, and I couldn't beat the price. While I didn't use all the amenities, the hotel had a wonderful selection of amenities to include the salt, heated pool. I was very pleased with the location, staff and room.

We stayed for my daughter's 13th birthday. Her and her friends had a great time swimming in the pool and hanging in the room. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were comfortable. Breakfast was great!

It was an overall great experience. The hotel was clean (it was new but I’ve noticed the others we’ve stayed in have also been updated). The lady at the front desk who greeted us was friendly and helpful. The salt pool was nice and we loved the shower to rinse off right there. The kids loved the pancake machine and there were so many choices beyond the regular continental breakfast.

The salt water pool makes your skin feel like silk. They have the best hotel breakfast I've ever ate. I love staying there. But would like to get better deals. I tried to stay a couple nights for my birthday but the prices kept changing. But hope there is a day in the future it can happen and be a better situation.
