Holiday Inn Express & Suites Harrison, an IHG Hotel - Hotel in Harrison - 10906 New Haven Rd, USA

This is a solid hotel, a little bit on the older side, with a little wear-and-tear in the rooms and bathrooms, but overall clean and in good shape.||My only complaint comes in that there were two people on their computers for several hours on speaker in the middle of the breakfast area, conducting business. They were using that area as a business center. It was really quite obnoxious, and nobody at the front desk asked them to vacate or suggested they go someplace else. So they had loud conference calls (on speaker) and their computers open on a breakfast table, literally all morning. I would hope the front desk would direct them toward some sort of business center instead.||The holiday decorations were adorable! I like how these chains differentiate themselves with holiday decorations or other whimsical elements. ||As always, there is coffee out throughout the day. ||There’s a swimming pool but not a hot tub. The person at the front desk said he really wished there were a hot tub as well! We asked if there were waters in the room, and he told us just to grab a couple of waters out of the refrigerator near the front desk. That was nice.||This is a solid stop on the way to Purdue to see our son. We would stay again. As always, the price-point of this chain is really very good.

We stayed at this hotel for 6 weeks when our house was flooded and have nothing but good things to say about the hotel itself. The front desk staff was amazing and so accommodating. The free breakfast every morning was a hit for our family, especially the automatic pancake maker! Our only challenge was parking at night Sun-Thurs when the road construction guys were at the hotel too but they went home on the weekends. We were also able to bring our 70lb fluffy Lab dog to the hotel bc we were displaced and he did amazing there too. We were near the back door stairwell so we could let ourselves in and out and up the steps with him without going thru the lobby and elevator every time.

The staff at the Harrison Holiday Inn Express are all extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean, the wifi is good, and the breakfast each morning is consistently tasty and well serviced. The location has easy access to the interstate, making it an ideal location for business travel. This location is also a short drive away from parks and access to the whitewater river for kayaking and fishing.

Very comfortable and staff was helpful. Nice breakfast for the price of the stay. Lobby was comfortable, elevator made me a little nervous but it worked. Site said pool was closed but it was actually open, but did not bring suits. Smiles o staff all the time, especially Cheyenne at the front desk and Sam in the morning breakfast area.

Our first time visiting. Passing through the area. Immediately struck by the friendliness of the people at the front desk. They were efficient, helpful, and extremely nice. The rooms were of a good size, and had what you expected in a hotel in this price point. The in room coffee machine offered only decaf but I am thinking it might be an oversight. The bathroom was clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast is also what I have come to expect at hotels. I accordingly went off to find a restaurant.

The hotel was clean, the room was clean and had lots of room for us to move and put our things. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. The staff were polite and helpful. We truly enjoyed our stay and will stay again!

The room was great, the sheets were really soft and comfortable. The breakfast could have been better but the hotel was pretty heavily booked so it's understandable. The toilet tissue was some of the best I had at a hotel chain, take that with a grain of salt however. Very close in location to some great parks if you'd like to check out nature.

We had a wonderful stay, the room was spotless and very comfortable. The breakfast was very nice with plenty of options and the coffee was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I Highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there again, it made our trip just that much better!
