The property as a whole is modern, clean, quiet, and well-maintained. The front desk associates were welcoming, courteous, professional, and helpful both at check-in and check-out. The room was sparkling clean, and the furnishings are very comfortable. The HVAC was accurate and unobtrusive, and the wi-fi worked fine. The bathroom was perfectly clean and the large walk-in shower is great for the road-weary traveler. |The breakfast layout was very good, with a spacious, light-filled dining area and the bonus of real, NOT-plastic plates and flatware, which is a lovely little amenity. The butter and jam on your hot biscuit just seem to taste better when they're spread with a real knife. |The patio area outside the breakfast area is comfortably furnished for day's-end relaxing - and a minute's stroll over to the convenience store next door for a milkshake freshly made-to-order from real ice cream will make your patio time even more relaxing. |All in all an excellent and well-run property - highly recommend!

We stayed at this hotel for four nights as part of a multi-week road trip. We were greeted warmly at check in and provided the information we needed for getting around the hotel and potential restaurant options nearby.||The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast buffet is one of the best we've had. The attendant keeps everything well-stocked, and heated.||The beds were comfortable for a good night's sleep. The blackout shade kept the morning sun from peeking in too early.||The manager and other staff were helpful throughout our stay, and provided a quick safety overview for impending bad weather.||We used the guest laundry twice during our stay. The machines worked well but the dryer needs to use high heat to get clothes dry rather than medium. The laundry room was convenient on the first floor.||We enjoyed sitting out on the patio behind the building during the evenings when it cooled off.

The Hannibal Holiday Inn Express is the Absolute BEST. We have never stayed in a nicer, friendlier or more accommodating place. The cleanliness was outstanding, the breakfast buffet was Delicious and being able to use REAL plates & silverware is almost unheard of nowadays. But I saved the best until last. The AMAZING Staff was Unbelievably kind, friendly and helpful in every way possible. Our checking in with Abby and Nathan was perfect. Our breakfasts prepared by Gary and staff was Awesome & Wonderful. Our two night stay was the Best we have ever experienced at any hotel, during our MANY travels. The owners MUST be Very Proud of this Fine establishment. Thank You ALL Very Much.

We were on our way back from a LS Group Tours trip to Florida and needed a place to stay the night. The Holiday Inn Express - Medical Center was the perfect half way point so it was a no brainer to arrange for a stay here. The room was ready and clean. The front desk staff member was professional and polite. We had a great short stay. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Hannibal!

Stayed at this Holiday Inn location for work for multiple weeks and hands down the best one i've stayed in in 15 years!! The ladies and gentlemen that run this establishment are AMAZING at least! every member of the staff was courteous and polite, greeting us everyone u come back and always asking if u need anything. The hotel lobby and gathering is the cleanest area i've ever seen in a hotel, always spotless and well kept! rooms are great and beds are comfortable. The outback fire pit and patio with couches/chairs are perfect to chill in the evening and plenty of room for multiple people and not be crowded. The breakfast is the best spread with lots of option for all kind of breakfast wants! the hotel is easy to get to right off the highway and not hard to find or get parking. I will be definitely staying again next time i'm in Hannibal

One night stay on cross country drive.|Best property I stayed in!||People really nice and very informative, room nicely decorated with comfy bed, AC/heat quiet enough for sound sleep. TV great size.||My daughter had recommended it highly (she'd stayed there previously). I'm pretty picky, but she was right on.||Included breakfast was kind of sparse, but it was adequate and area was clean. |Compared to a terrible experience just days before at the New Orleans airport DoubleTree, this was paradise.||I do not work for any hotel chain, but I travel often and leave reviews when motivated by experiences beyond the ordinary. I will definitely stay at this Holiday Inn Express the next time I pass through Hannibal. It's a gem.

Best Holiday Inn Express we have stayed at in the Midwest. Very clean rooms. Friendly accommodating service. Free breakfast is a full buffet with hot and cold option with lots of variety and kept well stocked. Wish all in this chain were this great across the board.

The staff is very helpful and confirmed my Google search of a restaurant for dinner was a good choice. This hotel is in a great location. The hotel is clean and the room was nicely decorated. The only negative is that a lot of the breakfast items were cold and you could hear people walking in the room above very early in the morning.
