Holiday Inn Express & Suites Guymon, an IHG Hotel - Hotel in Guymon - 701 SE 3rd St, USA

Our room (king suite) was way more spacious than most hotel rooms and very clean. The bed was fine and my wife liked that there were choices of firm or soft pillows. The breakfast was tasty and the space was immaculate, the woman working there was doing a great job. Our only issues were when we checked in (late) there was no staff to be found and there was a line of customers waiting to be helped. We could also hear way too much of the activity in rooms around us or from the hallway.

I had a great experience during my stay. I was able to check into my room before the check in time which was nice since it gave me a chance to put my stuff in the room and relax before heading out to my business meeting. Friendly staff. Room was clean. Beds were comfortable. I was on the third floor facing the back of the hotel so it was quiet. There were other guests in adjacent rooms but did not hear them. Slept very well. Good selection of breakfast items the next morning before heading out.

Front desk Employees were great, Rooms were good. Suite was a nice change but was very cold < it warmed up soon> but the fancy fireplace didn't work. The ADA room was really good, All the rooms were clean, we had one mishap, and the clerk fixed it asap. I can't ask more than that. AND they take dogs for a small upcharge. We even called ahead with having a bigger dog, and they accepted him. Breakfast was good for a hotel included style, not many special dietary restriction options, but its good stuff, eggs, sausage, biscuits n gravy, banana or oranges, yogurt, sweet rolls. < pancakes were ooh bad> Everything else was good. And a few things great.... Coffee and pog juice.

We were greeted by the hotel clerk, and she was very polite and professional. Our room was comfortable and reasonably priced. The next morning, they served a full breakfast with eggs, sausage, pancakes, biscuits, and gravy. I would recommend this hotel for anyone in the area.

Positive: The location, cleanliness, Staff was friendly, Breakfast was great. Negative: It would be nice to bring back pens and pad of paper to write on. I had an unexpected call that I needed to write things down with. Did have a pen but nothing to write on . I miss the days when hotels had those items in the room.

Excellent experience, was in the area on business and wasn’t sure what to expect. I was met by friendly staff, a very clean facility. The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great too. Will be back again for more business meetings.

If you’re headed through, this a comfortable place to crash. Clean and fresh, great a/c. It’s actually appointed quite nicely and the included breakfast was better than expected and there is an automatic pancake maker that’s pretty neat!

I took my softball team to this location to stay the night after traveling 4+ hours to play softball. The girls loved their time there! They could not stop talking about how clean, nice, and comfortable they were.
