Sometimes it's really hard to not stay on the beach here. I believe this place will change your mind. We were so very well taken care of from check in to check out. The staff was so consistently friendly and always sharing a smile and a greeting. The rooms are clean simple and have everything one could need. The entire hotel space is very well taken care of and breakfast is on pace to outdo many many hotel continentals. Staying here is well worth only being about 10 minutes from Pensacola Beach and all the great things in the city.

Just had a great stay at Holiday Inn Express in Gulf Breeze. We had a small issue when we first arrived and Tiffany at the front desk resolved it immediately. She went above and beyond what was required to make it right. Tiffany really understands the meaning of customer service; great job! Rooms clean, quiet. Bathrooms in great shape and a hot breakfast that was better than your usual hotel buffet fair. Would definitely stay again.

First time being here and right off the bat the front desk representative Kezarion was very helpful and let me know the ins and out such as, where the pool is located, where the snacks are, and where to go if I needed any help. Honestly one of the friendliness hotels I’ve been too so far and he played a big part of it. I hope to see him again on my next visit. Someone give him a raise or promotion already he deserves it and I pray he goes far with his job.

I was happy to receive a reply concerning my requests from Asst Manager (Kinzie?) prior to our arrival. I appreciated the assurance that my requests were noted. The front desk staff, Star and Aiya, were proffesional, pleasant and accomodating. |The room was clean, the queen beds were comfortable and the air conditioning operated well. Water pressure was a bit low on the top floor . The complimentary breakfast was substantial, offering a decent variety. The location was a short drive to the beach but far enough away from the Spring Break crowds. It was the right choice for our stay.

If you care about your health don’t stay here! They have toxic chemical air freshener spray inserts they put on the fresh AC intake for all rooms. Imagine sticking your nose deep into a bottle of the most chemically loaded laundry detergent x100. So all the air that comes in is pumped full of this strong chemical floral scent. It’s awful and they keep it going as strong as they can make it. Almost instantly I had a migraine. Please owners this smell is not helping the rooms they smell fine without it. No other hotels on the gulf coast does this, it’s not necessary. Many people have allergies, sensitivities, and do not want toxic hormone/endocrine disrupters pumped into their room on full blast.

About 6 minutes from Pensacola Beach Boardwalk and public beaches. Star, Tiffany and Kizzy were super helpful and so kind and sweet. The hot breakfast bar has POG!! (IYKYK) Our room was huge and very clean!

Double charged for rooms we booked in May for July had to pay in advance. Wen t there thinking everything was OK but no ruined vacation. Manager said she would not refund any monies had to pay twice couldn't get anything else. So please don't pay when you book

The room was so neat and the housekeeper was just amazing! We didn't have any issues at all. Plus, there's a Walmart and a few restaurants just a five-minute walk away. Also, Pensacola Beach is just a quick 13-minute drive, which isn't bad at all!
