My mother and I enjoyed our stay here..the room was very clean..the staff was nice and very accommodating.. our room was serviced- beds made, fresh towels and they replenished our supplies.. the free hot breakfast was great! The breakfast attendant kept everything well stocked. She was very sweet - always had a beautiful smile to greet you.. overall loved this hotel and would def stay again.

Wonderful hotel… excellent service, fantastic room. The pool was clean and a nice treat for relaxing after traveling my first day as well as after long days training for a new job. The room was huge, plenty of space for unpacking my luggage, amazingly comfortable king size bed with super soft king size pillows and silky, cool linens. I must say the lighting in the room, bathroom and entryway was AWESOME in every way. The ONLY drawback was if you needed to turn left when exiting in the am…heavy traffic (but you can easily do a u-turn after turning right out of the parking lot).

Positive: Staff are super friendly! Also the place is nice- furniture and room and all lovely. And the breakfast is good and available for a long time so you don?t have to rush down in the AM Negative: In 3 nights, our room was not cleaned once. We even went to the front desk to request cleaning and still no one came. I would have rated a 10 if not for this huge issue! We had to steal towels from the pool every day and make our own bed

This hotel is in a great location. Plenty of conveniences close by. Hotel was clean and modern. Our room was spacious. The hotel staff were friendly and efficient. Breakfast was good with coffee. It had an area where snacks were available for purchase. Excellent stay.

Shocking $2,787.37 Fraudulent Charge – Beware! I had a concerning experience during my extended stay at this hotel. Upon checkout, my wife and I noticed unusual activity on both of our credit card statements and the itemized receipts from the hotel. A detailed examination revealed that an additional $2,787.37 had been removed from my account and refunded onto a credit card that neither of us own. This fraudulent transaction happened in the middle of my stay and went quite a long time before being discovered by my wife and me. This resulted in my credit card being charged for my stay, plus the additional $2,787.37. These charges were not only discovered by my wife and I but we also had to bring them to the attention of the hotel management. The management was unaware of any fraudulent activity, despite the fact that the number of nights I stayed and the amount charged suggested someone within the hotel knew they could access that much money from my account discretely. Additionally, the transactions appeared to be carefully concealed throughout my stay to make the fraud less suspicious. It makes you ask, why would the hotel refund a guest who is clearly in the middle of their stay onto a separate card that is not the card on file for their hotel stay? Despite bringing this charge to the attention of the hotel management, we did not receive a satisfactory explanation of the suspicious transactions. This experience has been very distressing, and I advise future guests to be vigilant with their financial transactions! Safety and trustworthiness are crucial in choosing a hotel, and based on my experience, I believe this establishment needs to address these issues promptly.

Overall great experience. I was able to check in early which really helped me out. Clean room with cold air conditioning (which I love!). I experienced great hospitality by everyone I encountered. There were good amenities. Highly recommend.

The rooms were not properly cleaned. The pull-out couch had old sheets full of food crumbs and pubic hair. The tiled floor in the entryway and bathroom was sticky and unclean. The seal around the toilet was cracked and leaking. The door to the room would not shut properly unless you leaned in hard and slammed it. The pool closed earlier than most hotels I've stayed at, but the real problem was the unkept state of the poolside area and there were no furnished towels. The staff was rarely at the front desk, when found, they were watching TV at one of the tables in the cafeteria or chatting away in the back office. The breakfast had (as my kids called it) Oat-paste not Oatmeal. The fruit was all over ripe and bruised. The coffee taste like the stuff you get from a bad gas station at 2 o'clock in the morning. The only, slightly positive points I can make for staying here is that the location was convenient and the Air Conditioner worked well. As an IHG Rewards Member and semi-frequent traveler. I was very disappointed with my stay.

Positive: Mostly clean, decent breakfast, good location, safe parking Negative: They charged me at the hotel, for a room I paid for in full, 3 months earlier. Claimed it would stay pending, but it did not, I was double charged, they didn't tell me they were going to charge me more than $25 for incidentals. Disputing charge!
