The hotel itself is nice but is starting to show its age in some areas. The hotel is trying to keep up with upgrades and updates. The beds were a bit hard but manageable. There are no usb plugs in the room we were in but lots of power options. And one thing they don’t tell you is that the water slide is only open minimally Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. The pool is nice but quite chilly and the hot tub was more of a warm tub. The breakfast was very nice and well attended to.
Spacious rooms that were clean and employees were very helpful. The water slide only being open on weekends was a little frustrating for the kids but the continental breakfast was two thumbs up. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again if we ever find ourselves in Great Falls again.
The pool was amazing! The water slide was a hit with the kids. The beds were comfortable and the room was nice and clean. They offer Dove soaps and lotion in the rooms rather than small useless sized ones. The friendly staff were always smiling. I would definitely recommend this place:
The hotel is easy to access. Room was clean and good. Breakfast was very good. Traveling with young kids the unfortunate part is the waterslide is only open during the weekends as we stayed on a Tuesday Wednesday. Having the waterslide available would have greatly improved our stay.
We checked in around 11:30 pm and the front desk attendant checked us into our room only to find out there was already someone in that room!!! Imagine that fun encounter at almost midnight with 3 kids. The pool was okay the hot tub was off for one of the nights. Kids had fun on the slide. Would’ve ranked higher had we not woken someone up going into the room we were checked into.
The room was clean, bed & pillows were comfy. The front desk employee was awesome. I was returning from a trip to Glacier National Park. Close to the airport and very convenient. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family. Great experience!
The hotel staff was pleasant & helpful in our stay. My family & I stayed at your hotel to go see a Jeff Dunham show at the State Fair. It was a great stay we had & had much fun. I will recommend my family & friends to stay at this facility for the great experience
Wi-Fi is not good, Breakfast is okay but not perfect, bed are comfortable, not enough space for guest parking, plenty of trash all over of building. Pool is dirty, whirlpool jacuzzi were dirty , jet in whirlpool were not working . Mgmt does not maintain hotel to customers satisfaction

This nostalgic hotel in Great Falls is getting renovated. The rooms are being updated. Ours was very clean, was decent sized, and we enjoyed our stay. The people at the front desk were awesome. Overall, enjoyed our time here.
