We visited for an Inter Miami game and were thrilled with our stay. The hotel is just a quick and easy 10-minute walk from Chase Stadium—an unbeatable location. The service was friendly, the breakfast was great (as expected from IHG), and it was nice to see the manager actively engaging with guests and assisting the staff during breakfast. Despite being close to the stadium, we had no issues with noise or cleanliness. Overall, a fantastic experience—we would definitely stay here again.

I would like to compliment our first greeting at front desk to Akeem Blair - friendly smile and so helpful - we always remember the general manager Jo Jean Allen and thank her for her professionalism and remembering our familiar faces every year. One of our favorite things there is the breakfast that we thank Jeana - her delicious biscuits and her helper Natalia. They have recently updated the entire hotel so beautiful - the hotel was immaculate and even more beautiful than last year. Could not have been more pleased with this hotel and the staff. We came for a soccer match and did a lot of research on nearby hotels, and I’m so happy we chose this one. We checked in late but the night front desk team was efficient, helpful, and welcoming for an easy check in process. The rooms were larger than expected, extremely clean, and comfortable. I was very pleased with the rooms and accommodation- the staff takes fantastic care of the property. In the morning, we had a great breakfast which was also efficient, clean, and served by attentive and kind staff. Every person we interacted with actually went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and to accommodate us. When we were going to the beach, the manager actually popped her head out of the office and offered an umbrella and beach chairs for us to use (without us even having to ask!!). In terms of the soccer match, we ended up driving because we had an infant with us, but next time we will definitely walk- the area is safe, and tons of people are walking to the game. You could not ask for better location. Overall, this was the best hotel experience I’ve had in a long time and for a great price. I am actually looking forward to going back and we will be returning to this hotel anytime we’re in the area. Well done, Jo Jean and your fantastic team. Thanks for a great stay.

We always stay here on our way from Miami to Orlando to break the journey and the staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome. |The hotel has been fully refurbished and has everything you need. |Excellent position, brilliant staff and a warm welcome and breakfast thrown in for good measure. What more can I say!!|One very happy customer who will definitely be returning.

Everything about this hotel surpassed my expectations. Stayed here for a week in between real-estate closings. It is spotless. Courteous, friendly and nice staff. Their breakfast was just what I needed to start amazing days. Perfect décor for an Express establishment. The pool area felt sheltered and quiet. Location is close to downtown Fort Lauderdale but away from the Madding Crowd. Price was right. Highly recommend.

I've never stayed at the hotel but have used their conference room multiple times. The staff is honestly fantastic. Every small request I made was full filled with ease. Will definitely continue to book the room for future events.

Terrific spot for large meetings. Very accommodating and very nice people, it is a pleasure. We have been meeting here for a few years and we can get up to 35 people. We traveled to Fort Lauderdale for a family event and booked our stay online. Upon arriving we realized we didn't get the room we thought we booked. The front desk staff, Romao and Akeem, were so accommodating and extremely helpful. They quickly took care of the situation. Great customer service and professionalism. Bravo !!
