Holiday Inn Express & Suites Ft. Lauderdale Airport/Cruise, an IHG Hotel - Hotel in Fort Lauderdale - 1150 FL-84, USA

Our check-in went perfectly. Evenson helped us with everything we needed. Our room was beautiful and clean. We will try out the pool tomorrow before we get on our cruise. We will also have the complimentary breakfast tomorrow. There are a lot of places to eat right across the street. The shuttle from the airport took a long time to pick us up

The first friendly faces that we saw was Akeem Blair and Romano at the front desk - they were so helpful in giving us a perfect room while always smiling- I have stayed there before and it is always a very pleasant experience. Jo Jean Allen the General Manager always greets us and happy to see familiar faces - Jeana as we call her the breakfast queen always makes us happy as all the food is delicious and fresh. She makes the best biscuits while her partner Natalia helps with the meal. The hotel has gone through renovation - it is beautiful and immaculate - we look forward to seeing our Hilton Inn family at least 1-2x per year. Everything was excellent. Housekeeping was fantastic, not only cleaning they fix the room exactly how I wanted. Breakfast was great. The eggs were fluffy. It was very clean. Reception staff were amazing. Vesna was very helpful. Great experience overall

Nice and friendly staff. Especially Vesna the Manager. She is the best. Very clean hotel. Very nice environment. Breakfast was always awesome. Oatmeal and cinnamon rolls are my favorite. Guests can enjoy the pool until 10 pm. Many shopping plaza around.

We will start with the positive. The beds were comfortable, the breakfast was good with plenty to choose from and there was ample parking. The negatives include water damage to the walls in our room, a musty smell, dusty furniture, the safe did not work and stains on the carpet.

So...thanks to Hurricane/Tropical Storm Debby, our flights home to Maryland were canceled. We had to think fast and come up with a plan. I am an IHG member so I went on the app to find a hotel. I was not disappointed!!! From the airport shuttle driver JC, to the gentleman who checked us in (Cary) to the other gentleman who checked us out (Ray)...customer service was amazing!! I apologize if I misspelled any names. All of those people made a very stressful situation a lot less stressful. My family and I were very pleased with the clean and comfortable accommodations and the stellar customer service. Job well done!! I will visit again and this time it will be planned. (Stayed 2 nights)

I was able to get this hotel for 8 days at the last minute to recuperate from a cosmetic surgery here in Fort Lauderdale. The hotel inside and outside is extremely beautiful. The employees are so friendly and welcoming. The breakfast is amazing and they even have a food area for purchase in 24 hours a day open which I so needed because I was not able to move around much. If I come back to this nice city, I will definitely come back to this hotel.

Perfect place. Evenson was so kind and helpful. Wish more people had his energy and smile. Just stepping into this place we felt welcome and happy to be somewhere. The place is clean and comfortable, I already want to have a chance to come back. Thank you!
