Holiday Inn Express & Suites Fort Worth West, an IHG Hotel - Hotel in Fort Worth - 2620 S Cherry Ln, USA

I travel frequently for work and always stay at Holiday Inn Express. Each Holiday Inn Express is different, some are better and some are worse. This one is BETTER! The staff are kind, personable, and professional. I told them I was in town for a wedding and they asked me how it was at checkout. I had a slight issue with my third party booking and the manager helped me solve the issue without hesitation. Rooms are very modern with great blackout curtains. STAY HERE!

Positive: This hotel room was the absolute cleanest I have ever stayed in. Every corner was clean from the bathroom to the bedroom. It was very obvious that they took pride in their hotel. Negative: Literally my only concern was the upholstered chairs in the breakfast area were very stained.

Be very leary. I was booking a $119 room and was charged $212.50. I immediately called the 1-800 number thinking there had been a mistake. No, she said I should have read the fine print. A $69 resort fee. I immediately asked to cancel the room. She said she’d be glad to, but if I had read the small print I would know the cancellation policy was full price. She was very unhelpful I do not approve of hidden fees. Taxes I understand, but…..

Positive: "" Negative: The night management on Sat July 6 ( front counter , wore a mask). I did not get the name, was very rude when we were in the lobby Saturday night. The lady at the desk when we checked in on Thursday and was there on Friday morning was very nice.

Best holiday in express ever! I came there for good reviews when I was searching for a good hotel around and it was perfect. We got a double queen bed because we had 2 kids, every clean and quiet place and breakfast was good 👍

This hotel is nice, neat and tidy. Quite spacious and clean overall. Has comfy sofa for one person and there are spaces to unpack the luggage. Especially Mr. Dhruv at front desk was attentive and helped me with check- in giving sensible considerations. I am happy with it. The bathroom and room are all clean. But when I entered the room, it smelled like mold or some a bit unpleasant. That's when I was hesitant if I should change the room. But one observant and thoughtful housekeeper (Ms.Juvintina) came voluntarily from a distance to have seen me standing out of room if there is anything she can do. Her gesture was so touching. Moreoever, surprisingly she checked out the situation very quickly and made it pleasant scent. Thank you Ms. Juvintina and Mr.Dhruv for making my stay happy and relaxing👍🏻👍🏻

The desk service is great super friendly staff! And the quality of the rooms were perfect ac worked great the beds were comfy and the complementary breakfast was amazing it's perfect for a quick sleep stop!!

Wonderful staff and great service. Room was clean on arrival, bed was very comfortable, and the hot water in the shower always works. Highly recommend
