Holiday Inn Express & Suites Fort Worth - Fossil Creek, an IHG Hotel - Hotel in Fort Worth - 6351 N Fwy, USA

This was a nice hotel. We mostly enjoyed our stay. Our room and bathroom was very clean. It was great to have a daily room refresh. The pool was warm, but the room temperature never got above 63 degrees. We asked every day for the air temperature to be turned up and it never happened. The desk staff stated management had to do this. That was disappointing. The breakfast was good all 4 days we were there. The hot cocoa station was a nice perk, but not refilled often in the evenings and tended to be messy because people don't supervise their kids. Our room was on the front of the hotel and the traffic was pretty noisy in the evenings and early morning. If this bothers you, you might consider asking for a rear facing room.

Stayed 3 nights with my family of 4 and a dog. Beds were comfy and we had plenty of pillows. Kids enjoyed the indoor pool and hot cocoa. Breakfast was typical hotel food with a few rotating hot options, bagels seemed stale. Staff was friendly and helpful! Pet stations outside were appreciate! I'd stay here again.

Positive: Very clean, quiet, and comfortable. Very personable staff as well! There are lots of restaurants nearby, and it has easy access to the freeway. We will definitely stay here again the next time we¿re in Fort Worth. Negative: The thermostat on the wall does not control the AC unit. You have to adjust it on the AC unit itself with a simple twist knob, so it takes a bit to find the sweet spot. A digital control would function better.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The rooms were nice and clean, and the breakfast was excellent with a variety of things to choose from. Hot food…eggs, sausage, potatoes & pancakes were really good, even had warm cinnamon rolls and they were great too! Also had a nice selection of other things such as yogurt, boiled eggs, bagels, cereal, oatmeal accompanied with different toppings to put in it. Really enjoyed our experience there and will definitely be staying there next time when going back to Fort Worth.

This was a very nice hotel. The staff was super friendly and it had a very good breakfast with many options. My company booked it for me, so it was quite far away from where I needed to be, but that was my issue, not theirs. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel was great. The room was was clean and well taken care of. The room even smelled clean; a clean smelling hotel room isn’t normal. My stay was great for the exception of a few things. First and foremost was where the smoke detector was located. It was right over the bed. It flashed all night long, waking me up a few times through the night.

The first thing I noticed was how clean the hotel was when I walked in. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was hot and fresh with plenty of options to pick from. The shower did not pick the water in the bathtub. Other than that everything was good.

The Room was nice and Clean. We had made contact with the front desk before arriving to get some extra pillows, and towels in our room. Which was all there waiting for us. Great Customer Service
