My stay started as soon as I walked in the door after midnight and was greeted by the wonderful woman working behind the check - in desk. I am so upset that I can't remember her name. Because she deserves a gold star for customer service, kindness, and welcoming feeling when entering the hotel. I think her name is Edna. I am not positive. Please to whom reviews the reviews, if you know who I am talking about, make sure she gets an excellent star! The hotel was fresh, spotless and relaxing as soon as you walk in. Our room was bigger than I expected. There was a lot of room for my father to get around with his walker and it was a standard room with 2 queen beds. Everything was exceptionally clean and they made sure our room was feather free because of allergies. I iike that they have a quiet time at this hotel. The breakfast in the morning had a lot of choices and everything there was very clean, hot and yummy!! You cannot go wrong with this hotel. I highly recommend it!!! The entire property is clean, the rooms are well appointed and the beds are comfy. We love staying here and will continue to do so. Buffet breakfast is decent, good food variety. Quick walk to Disney Springs and frequent free shuttles to all the parks with fun drivers. Staff is friendly and were quick to try and solve an hvac issue in our room (even though it was never fixed). Wish they still had actual bars of soap though, the Dove body wash makes the tub slippery.

We stayed here on our drive south to Florida, the hotel is conveniently located right off the highway. Rooms are very spacious and clean as was the hotel itself. There is a nice gym and pool and patio area, breakfast is included with the room and had good options. The hotel staff is extremely friendly, kind and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. There are some good dinner options a few miles away in the Cool Spring Downtown District and also heard the Marquis Bistro restaurant across the street from the hotel is good for dinner and/or cocktails.

At this hotel you will not (you will NOT) regret your stay! Our 1-night experience was one of the best we ever had. Arrival, cleanliness (e.g. hallways, fitness room, elevators), comfort, service, room (bed, bathroom), breakfast and departure all deserved the highest rating possible, no doubt! We have stayed at this property a few times now. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The hotel was clean, and our room was very nice. We like where it is located, as it is convenient and peaceful. It has a nice parking area and there are amenities like a pool, outdoor eating area, and gym.

Overall the stay at this hotel was OK. The hotel was very up to date and appeared to be very clean. However, our stay was no longer enjoyable when we saw a roach crawling on the wall. It was not a waterbug, it was a ROACH. We checked back and looked a prior reviews and saw there was a roach problem with this hotel 3 weeks ago - on the same floor. We were very uncomfortable after seeing the little pest! We had to make sure all of our bags and suitcases were closed so no pests would try and come home with us. We realize guests sometimes bring pests with them, but the building manager should regularly exterminate for that reason.

Place is pretty good. Lobby is pretty clean. Room service is none existing. I stayed here for 5 days and had to constantly ask for new towels each day. My room didn't receive Room service not 1 time.... . I stayed at the same chain a week prior in SC and had room service every single day. Room was clean and new towels added. This one, nothing but still charging regular price for substandard service..

To sum up my stay, I KILLED A ROACH IN ROOM 209!🪳 Thereafter, I asked for another room and was moved from a king size room to a double queen room unknowingly. The associate just handed me a key and told me the room number. That is all the customer service I received. There is no room service unless requested which I was not told until I inquired about it. I had to come downstairs to get my own towels, and the employee then told me I could have left my dirty towels in the room instead of bringing them to the front desk to exchange for clean towels. Bathroom light just randomly went out; all other lights functioned normally. I could hear the person above me unrolling toilet paper, and I could hear every time my neighbors moved.
