Holiday Inn Express & Suites Evanston, an IHG Hotel - Hotel in Evanston - 1965 Harrison Dr, USA

The rooms were clean as well as the bathrooms. The pool was warm which is nice from other hotels we have stayed at and was actually nice to swim in. The main reason we chose to stay at this hotel versus others in the area was the cinnamon rolls they have for breakfast. When we went down for breakfast there was very little food and choices out and no cinnamon rolls. There was a spot like where they had been but no cinnamon rolls. A disappointment.

Stayed 1 night, beds and pillows were very comfortable. The only downside was our room was above the pool so it was loud when people were in the pool. Thankful it was not long or could have been obnoxious. Other than that, great food, clean.

This was a very nice hotel! All was great and the staff was very friendly. Will stay again when in the area. Breakfast in the morning was very well made and attended too well. I will recommend this hotel to anyone who is in the area.

We rolled in after a long day driving without a reservation. Not much to do in Evanston in the winter. But the hotel was modern, clean and the bed was comfortable. We enjoyed our nights stay. The hotel was very busy. Breakfast was pretty good. We didn't see any restaurant near the hotel. A gas station was right there... I have become a fan of Holiday Inn Expresses.

Beds were comfortable, room was well laid out and very very clean, as well as the bathroom. Pool was clean. Hot tub was really really hot, also clean. When I made the reservation, I specifically asked to be near my daughter. That was blatantly ignored as we were placed on different floors. So I suggest you remove the special request section since you don’t honor it. The breakfast was pretty good. Decent coffee for sure. Breakfast lady needs a raise, very sweet.

Great location right off the freeway in a cute little town in the southwest corner of Wyoming. Independent coffee shop right across the street. Room was standard issue HIE - clean room, hot shower, strong lock on the door. Staff was friendly. Short drive to Don Rico - see my review and don't miss it!

Holiday Inn Express good "Property in General" Variables are usually in Staff Training and Site Management Expectations. In this situation the experience was satisfactory with exceptions as noted. There were many positives but a few notable and memorable Discussions with Checkin Staff as explained in the review. We are not extended this review to meet some artificial minimum chosen by the Review Master

We have traveled all over the USA and stayed at a variety of hotels. None has been better than this one, and many were less than comfortable and less value for more money. So far in my many travels this particular Holiday Inn Express at Evanston Wyoming was the best hotel experience I have had in more than 23 years of travel.
