Holiday Inn is like sleeping in my own home. From the moment we stepped in the door I knew we were going to be treated like family. The staff were welcoming and very knowledgeable. The Che k in was a breeze. The room was beautiful, the beds were so nice, and the bathroom was clean and well stocked. We generally stay in Holiday Inns across the nation when we travel and have enjoyed them each stay. Thank you Holiday Inn for your wonderful beautiful hospitality.

My wife and I spent 3 nights at the Holiday Inn Express. The staff was wonderful, very friendly and helpful - starting at check-in and all the way through our stay. Breakfast was excellent and Isaiah was especially fun to interact with. We will definitely come back in the future.

The staff is very kind and helpful. The room is cozy yet spacious. Very comfortable bed with clean sheets. My only small issue is they don't include lufas for the bodywash when you shower.

We are in love with this hotel. The staff is competent and eager to please. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast is great. And the customer appreciation dinners are an added bonus. Who else does them? No hotel we know of! We won’t stay anywhere else.

I have stayed at this hotel many times now. The staff is friendly and they do everything they can to make your stay perfect. They remember me, and ensue I always get the room away from the elevator and in the corner. The rooms are clean, the breakfast is good and they offer warm chocolate chip cookies. I highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel is clean and nice. Breakfast was great, the room was spotless, and the bed was comfortable. Very easy access from I-80 made it easy to stop during our trip. We did not use the exercise room or Pool, but they looked good if time allowed us to use them.

Positive: The lighting in the hotel is the best I've ever seen in terms of control for how much or little I wanted. Towel bar below the counter was nice for my children. Comfy beds, big fridge and water temperature, all excellent. Staff was fun to interact with. Negative: The worst part was a frequent little flashing green light from the ceiling which did not hinder our sleep at all. There was no problem at the Elko Holiday Inn and Suites.

There was a mixup during check in and my room was given away to another family. The hotel was completely booked so Airel went to work right away. Despite being the only staff member at the hotel, she was able to secure a room for the other family at a different location then clean and sanitize my room for me. She did all of this while checking in a dozen other guests. It was amazing.
