Holiday Inn Express & Suites El Reno, an IHG Hotel - Hotel in El Reno - 1817 SW 27th St, USA

Room 210, had mold in bathroom around the tub/shower area due to leaking water faucet handle, and the King bed was not the pillow top beds that I have come to expect from IHG hotels. So, this Holiday Inn Express is in need of repairs and an upgraded bed in room 210. Also, the above counter bowl/sink has obvious cracks, and the sink drain pipe was leaking and had not been cleaned in quite some time. Gross mold around the tub, and gross pipes to look at while on the toilet in the bathroom, in room 210. I decided not to shower, because of the mold. I'll wait till my next hotel. Not adding pics.

Nice friendly staff. All smiles when we walked in. Clean room with available toiletries in the bathroom and shower. I was amazed by that. Hehe!! The road to the hotel was challenging to navigate as a visitor to El Reno, but after leaving a few times, it was easy. Nice staff and great room. I recommend this location.

The gentleman at the desk was very good to us when we pulled in at 4 a.m., in a storm. He gave us a little discount and was very kind. The rooms are clean and it felt like a safe location. In the morning, they were keeping the breakfast bar clean and everyone was friendly.

BIANCA front desk- was absolutely amazing. She has the best personality to be doing this job. Friendly, kind, sincere, accommodating. She made my trip even more enjoyable. I didn’t feel like I guest, I felt like a friend visiting El Reno Holiday Inn.

Positive: Clean nice room convenient off I-40 yet in town area w/ amenities etc close by and nice breakfast Negative: One housekeeping staffer really hurt my ratings some by knocking on my door then swiftly firmly opening it AT 7:45 AM!!!!! Checkout times 12 Noon!!!! Inexcusable

It was a very good experience for us. No loud notices over us. No loud slaming doors all night. The breakfast was good, but set up a little unorganized. They had a place to make toast but no butter or napkins on that table. You had to walk halfway across the room in two different places to get butter and napkins.

Positive: A 2nd visit. Good staff Clean nice rooms and easy access to I-40 Negative: Price on steeper side

I highly recommend this place. They provide great service, the rooms are clean and the beds were comfy. The kitchen staff was pleasant and attentive, they kept the food stations full and the food was good. One day, they offered scrambled eggs and another day omelets. You won't be disappointed!
