Holiday Inn Express & Suites El Dorado, an IHG Hotel - Hotel in El Dorado - 1819 Junction City Rd, USA

I stay here frequently because of proximity to my job and its one of the nicer hotels in town. The rooms are nice, beds are comfortable and clean. The bathrooms are fairly standard and clean. The pool however has been undergoing Maintenance for several months so if you want to swim then id suggest going elsewhere. The ice makers on both 2nd and 3rd are not functioning, presumably because they prefer to sell you $3 bottle of water at the desk. Its fairly nice for work accomodations but quite disappointing for the Holiday Inn brand.

Positive: I don't know. It was falling apart so badly we did not stay, we cancelled and left. Negative: The so called beautiful pool was dry as a bone and in total disrepair. The ice machine on the floor we were to be on was broke, and the outside door to get in we were informed did not work. And they call this a Holiday Inn?

The room was so clean and smelled fresh, right next to the elevator on the first floor and it was so quiet and comfortable. I’m so happy they had the (all Dove products not the cheap generic stuff ) shampoo/conditioner/ body wash dispensers in the shower because my little travel ones were almost empty. They have fresh coffee all day. The breakfast was great compared to other hotels I’ve been in recently. |The young ladies in the morning at the front desk were fantastic, very helpful, and so kind. They recommended a place for dinner at the Flying Burger, and it was delicious. They just made the place so welcoming, almost home away home. I travel a Lot and I appreciate them so much

Very comfortable beds,clean rooms and good breakfast.... however the showers suck. Water is cold 🥶

Nice, clean and quiet room. Great tasting breakfast and friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again if in town.

It was a great experience. Location was great. The state of staff was great and the breakfast was yummy.

Wi-Fi is terrible and no signal. The cleaning ladies are outside cleaning super aloud for hours since in the morning, now is 12:30pm they are still cleaning the same spot? I tried to call the front desk and then I found the telephone in the room doesn’t work, it’s a horrible experience to stay in this hotel and I’m going to check out tomorrow morning instead of next week!
