New and clean and friendly! We stopped in here on the way further upstate. It was right off the highway and we weren’t set on staying at a Holiday Inn Express but Maddie at the front desk was friendly and Eddie offered us a tour of the newly renovated rooms-they are stunning and spotless. He also showed us the pool (open till 11) and the fitness room (open 24 hours). This is a beautifully renovated property. They had a crib for us too and brought it to our room before we got there. Highly recommend. I’m glad we stayed here over driving into Albany for a Hilton which would not have been as nice or special.
Stopped here as part of our USA road trip. Greated by friendly staff who have made a great effort decorating the hotel for July 4th, we particularly loved the gnomes!! |Lovely room, comfy bed, plenty of space and clean bathroom with Dove products. Breakfast was good and plentiful, we would definitely stay here again!
Wonderful Hotel and wonderful experience. We have been at a decent amount of hotels within the last two years always to be disappointed and wishing we hadn't spend the money there. This hotel was really great. The view of the Albany skyline, the rooms, the pool, and the great breakfast selection was just wonderful. If my family is ever in this area again we will be staying here!
I travel a lot, and stay at a lot of hotels. This was BY FAR one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed in, and that is saying a ton. I have become a bit of a hotel snob, but this past weekend hotels in Albany area were tight and EXPENSIVE due to the horse race and basketball tournament. The room was reasonably priced, and it was immaculate. The front desk staff was friendly and efficient at check-in as well. Highly recommend.
Had a wedding this weekend nearby, great location. Rooms were spacious and very clean. Every single staff member we ran into was extremely pleasant! Will stay here again when in the area.
my daughter was getting married and the wedding stayed at the hotel . i can’t tell you how accommodating and friendly the staff was they could not do enough for us .. in addition the rooms were updated and clean and they served breakfast with a wide variety of i had one complaint they need a new toaster … if i ever stay in albany again i would stay here , thank you sam for a wonderful experience
Wonderful hotel overlooking Albany. Super friendly girls working. The front desk made the checking experience wonderful and brightened my day. Would have been a perfect rating for this hotel like the bed had not been so hard. The hotels newly remodeled. Not sure why they're still using hard spring mattresses.
The customer service is amazing. Everyone was so kind and helpful. Everyone at the front desk, the lady who makes the great breakfast, the housekeeping and Eddie are all awesome people. Truly amazing. The rooms and bathrooms are modern, extremely clean and very comfortable. We will definitely be staying here again. Thanks so much for your help!!!

Food was excellent! Price was great. I picked up my order, but phone etiquette was good. Cashier was polite. Noone was in restaurant, but atmosphere seemed casual. Lamb Korma is my favorite, and they do it well! Also try the Cheese naan.
