What a great stop on our way to Gulf Shores. Very convenient stop off the highway without highway noise. Had alot of grass for our puppy. We did not go swimming but the pool felt like bath water when we checked it out. The bed was comfortable. The shower could have used a little more pressure. The staff was pleasant. Now the breakfast was the reason for the 5 stars. It was perfect for a free breakfast!

Positive: I?ve stayed there before. Good location. It?s always clean and has a good breakfast. Negative: Yes, it?s the 1st time that I have seen dogs there. I?ve always avoided some hotel chains because of this. Not all dogs pee on the floor, but some do and most sleep in the beds. I would suggest designated rooms for them with no carpet.

The staff were friendly and polite. The room was clean and room service switched out our towels each day we stayed. The room had spots to store your clothes for multiple days, as well as laundry services available in the building. Our window faced the highway and dumpster out back so it was fairly noisy, noise from hallway enters easily as well. We missed any hot breakfast put out but coffee in the lobby was good. Very easy to get to from the highway.

This is by far the cleanest and pleasant hotel that I have been to. Customer service is on point. The rooms are beautiful and it smells good when you walk into your room wit clean & crisp bedding!!! Breakfast is wonderful!! The place over Al is amazing 🤩

My family of four enjoyed the comfy beds, easy access from the interstate, friendly staff, and hot breakfast included. We liked the location as a convenient stop on our way to Gulf Shores. Lots of restaurant options nearby was a plus! We did not use the pool during our stay.

We stayed at Holiday Inn Dyersburg recently and I have to commend the staff for their great service. When we first got there we had some small issues. We spoke to the night manager Hope Cunningham and she was quick to address our concerns and helped resolve the issue. She was attentive to our needs and even called me personally to male sure that the issue was taken care of. The rest of our stay was enjoyable and I would recommend the hotel to others visiting the area. Well deserved 5 stars!!!

Perfect place to stay while visiting a friend. Rooms were very clean and nicely decorated. The best part was the turkey sausage at breakfast, for my dad, who has a red meat allergy. Wonderful stay!

Room was smelly and Wifi was pathetic. Got changed my room to a different one but same issues for the whole week until i checked out. The one in Covington is way better than this but had no choice as that was fully booked.
