Holiday Inn Express & Suites Dickson, an IHG Hotel - Hotel in Dickson - 100 Barzani Blvd, USA

The parking lot needs refinishing. The lobby floor could use a good cleaning. The room was clean and the beds were better quality than Fairfield and Tru brands we stayed at on this 2,500 mile road trip. The A/C in the room was cold but humid, kind of like a water cooler but not quite that bad. We were on the 1st floor and it was a quiet room and we never heard walking above us and the hotel was full. The employees were all nice. The breakfast was very good, better with more variety than Fairfield or Tru brands. This is not a fancy place, it’s not high end, it does however provide a quiet comfortable place to rest for one night while on a long road trip. You will find the fellow guests to be blue collar and families on a budget. The area has a couple hotels, restaurants and gas stations for travelers. Would stop here again.

Juice machine was not working and refrig stop working. Person came quickly to fix but I had already finished my breakfast

Positive: One of the best hotel stays I've had. Not a 4 star but as clean and neat as one, room did not have the typical somewhat-musty smell of carpet wear, pool was pleasantly warm enough for kids to swim comfortably for hours. Wish I could take this hotel along. Negative: "" Negative: ""

The hotel was not clean when we came in. When I let the staff know they were willing to move us. If there is hair all over the tub and in a bed, it is an issue. First time I have ever been in a Holiday Express like this, and I have stayed in many.

Too close to interstate. Staff was great, breakfast was as well. Room was clean. However, the road noise was intolerable. Luckily, I had some Bluetooth earbuds that I could put some sleep sounds on to be able to go to sleep. Not worth the $200 per night for sure. We love HI express but not this one

Shows its age and needs some better management. Staff seems friendly. A couple of chain restaurants with bars within walking distance, but no breakfast or fast food places. Normal HI Exp full breakfast. WiFi is just adequate and cellular reception is a struggle. Rooms are falling apart. Both chairs were broken in my room. Generally clean, though. Fridge and Keurig. No movie channels. (Blm, no Tru)

I asked to have a nice quiet stay and did. I was placed away from the bulk of guests. Breakfast was hot and ready. I didn't enjoy the pool but it looked nice. My room was very clean.

Bathroom had moldy shower curtain and broken toilet seat. Second floor hallway was extremely humid like there was a window open. It made the room humid too. Main floor was fine.
