Kids loved the pool with the slide. I went on it a few times. Breakfast was amazing. The cinnamon rolls are the best I've ever had. Great pool, breakfast and stay!
I had an AMAZING stay! The staff is friendly and well informed. My room was great, I felt safe the whole time, and I was next to the pool and didn’t hear any screaming. And the water pressure was amazing! Thank you for a great stay!
Update to response by hotel: Straight up lies. FD never said anything about the room dealing with noise of kids. If she did I wouldn’t have paid for the rooms. She also did not ask them to be quiet. She refused to leave her chair.
Nice updated room but the water pressure is horrible. Also, if you end up on the wall that has a window overlooking the stairs above the pool, you will likely have to deal with screaming children until 10 PM. I brought this to the front desk attention at 9:20pm. The front desk refused to do anything and would not even ask them to try to refrain from screaming. I went and asked them and pleaded the case that I had been up since 2 AM and drove 1100 miles and needed to be up at 4am and the parents didn’t care as the kids are still yelling.
Horrible design of rooms to have only a thin normal set of glass separate the pool area from rooms that share a wall with the pool. This effects room 217 and 317. I rented both rooms for my best friend as we’re both travel to Montana and back to Michigan.
Pretty standard place to stay. We thought the beds and pillows were very good. We would stay here again.
Checked in today and was immediately impressed with your accommodations. Above all else, the young woman working, the front desk was professional, cordial and provided an introduction that reflected very well not only on her work ethic, but on your organization as a whole. Update my initial review, after being able to interact with more of the staff, I can say that this Has got to be the best place I’ve ever stayed. Everyone from the general manager to the front desk staff to the cleaning staff are all cordial professional, and demonstrate a level of interpersonal communication skills and camaraderie amongst each other. That generally improves the overall environment. I have never stayed anywhere so pleasant let alone someplace that makes me look forward to my next trip. I hope this reaches someone at the corporate level because the people you have here serve as the standard bearer for how things should be done.
Front desk clerk was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. The hotel was clean, quiet, and in a great location. The coffee and breakfast was also a nice benefit. I would recommend this hotel for it's location near to Medora. The stay here got me in a good mood to continue to Medora after a long day's drive from Rapid City.
Convenient location just off the interstate with several dining options nearby. The rooms were clean. The pool was OK, with a fast twisty slide.
If You Are Thinking About a Place to Stay in Dickinson, This is a Great Choice. Go See Magnolia (Hotel Manager), She is Awesome. You Didn't Have to Go Out of Your Way for Us, but You Did and We Are Super Thankful.

I got married last fall, and we booked a room block at the Hawthorn. Kim and her team were phenomenal to work with! We had our rehearsal dinner there, and our wedding party all got ready there the morning of the wedding. Kim even hooked us up with a
Our family of 6 stayed in the suite room. 2 queen beds and a sofa bed. Lots of room to spread out. The rate was very decent. Cheaper to book with them directly than Expedia. Breakfast was nice. Lots of variety.
Our room was clean, spacious, had a fridge and microwave, and the beds were very comfortable. Most impressive though was the breakfast! Sweet and salty options, hashbrowns, scrambled eggs, waffles, great coffee bar, etc. And the woman working the bre
Great place to stay! Read some bad reviews and was hesitant! BUT from walking in to a pristine lobby, visiting with the owners, and checking out our roomâ(it was spotless, bed was comfortable, bathroom was very clean, too!). So glad we stopped for
If you are young or old, fit or just wanting to start working out...this gym is for you. I got a personal trainer, Ana, because this was my first gym experience and I didn't know what I was doing at all. Ana made sure my expectations were reasonable.
Very friendly service and great food. The spring rolls were amazing - the peanut dipping sauce was perfect...! The Pho was also fantastic.. no option for grilled pork in the Bun and no Bahn Mi sandwiches on the small menu. Highly recommended for s
I really enjoyed my meal here! I ordered a cheeseburger salad, and it was so delicious! I didn't even need to add the ranch, but I sampled it and it was homemade and nice and creamy!

Driving across the country and we were thrilled to find this gem of a business. The staff were incredibly friendly & kind, running a menu out to our car so we could take a look before placing our order. Our window server greeted us with big smiles wh

Double Mushroom and Swiss with coleslaw. Super service and food. So refreshing to find a great place to eat, never been here before...just passing through town. I would definitely be back if I lived closer. ð
Back in 2019 in route to Glacier National Park saw signage for the Enchanted Highway. Things like this are the reason I drive vs flying, to the main attraction. You can enjoy the unique things you find along your trip. It may have taken me a distanc
