Terrible Experience Last night, my five-year-old and I were rudely awakened at 10:50 pm by what I initially thought was a SWAT team banging on the door. It turned out to be “management” (an older woman with curly blonde hair) screaming at me through the door, demanding to know why I was in the room. I explained that I had rented the room and had already been charged for it. Despite this, she insisted that I wasn’t supposed to be in the room, questioned me about my check-in time, and my reservation details. She then asked if I was part of the Walker reservation, which I wasn’t. She informed me that I had been put in the wrong room and that she needed to find another available room, but that it was okay, “you can stay.” She proceeded to yell at me for their mistake. Traveling alone with a child is stressful enough without being frightened by a yelling staff member. To make matters worse, at 8:00 am, I was disturbed by three knocks on the door. It was housekeeping coming in, even though check-out is at noon. When I called the front desk, I was told that since I didn’t answer immediately, housekeeping must have thought I wasn’t there. As a loyal Holiday Inn member, I was extremely disappointed with this stay. The hotel staff clearly lacks basic courtesy and respect for guests’ boundaries.

The hotel itself is perfectly nice and clean. Bed was super comfortable and I loved the sheets. Breakfast was pretty good too. I'm removing stars because I reserved a crib in advance (flying in from out of state). Upon arrival, there was no crib in the room, so I called the front desk. They couldn't find one available, and said "its just a request. it doesn't mean you'll get it". It seems to me that if you book in advance, they should know how many cribs they have and how many guests need them, just like the adult beds. So I was left to jerry-rig a bed for my 5 month old between two chairs. I didn't sleep well because of anxiety about leaving her in an unsafe sleep space. I would have been happy to bring my own portable crib had I known this would be the case. If you have the option to choose "crib" for your room on the site, I'd expect there to be one. After a long day with a kid on a flight it was a bummer.

Decided to stay here after a bad experience with another hotel in the area. Customer service upon arrival was amazing, the front desk answered all our questions and set us up with a clean, quite room to stay in. The property is clean and kept up to date. Rooms are quite and it's easy to get to most southern Denver attractions within 45 minutes.

Stayed for three nights during a work trip. Hotel was clean, quiet and the AC worked great. Bathroom was modern and clean. Complimentary breakfast had just what you need to start your day. Would stay here again.

I had gotten used to Holiday Inn Express and the like to always have fresh coffee available. We left this morning just before 4 am to find out that this location only serves coffee at breakfast. I would have made coffee myself had I known this and if there were not a used K-cup in the room's coffee maker. Otherwise, it's comfy aside from the AC unit being noisy.

Just left at 4am on a long road trip. We were told there would be no coffee available until breakfast. Have never experienced that at a Holiday Inn express. The kitchen was also so hidden and behind a garage type door that they did not have any easy grab items such as bananas for those who need something quick before they hit the road outside of breakfast hours. Attendant at the desk this morning seemed very nonchalant and unhelpful about the lack.

We stayed here on a visit to see family and the hotel was great. Super convenient location, clean rooms, decent breakfast. Our kids loved the pool. We felt comfortable here on our trip. Will definitely stay here again.

I stayed here for a week. Wish I would have booked at a different time because I paid $1243 for five nights. Ouch. Very nice, clean, and quiet. I had no issues at all.
