It was VERY clean, felt safe & offered customer services. When I arrived, I liked that the employee had already had my room keys made & room assignment. Very fast check-in. In the morning, there is a breakfast bar with a variety of food. Definitely will return....

Beds are great. Originally clean room. Never had room cleaned or bed made even though we stayed more than one overnight. Two overflowing trash baskets with nowhere to dump them! No pool towels first night. Had to ask for clean Bath towels for additional nights and coffee for next morning. Never got additional coffee cups or water glasses for additional nights even after asking at the front desk.

Don't waste your time. We were not happy with our stay. Went to use the blow dryer and it didn't work. Called the desk and we had to go down and get another. We were laying there sleeping our first night and the phone rang at 4:45am. We did not request a wake up call. The room was not restocked very well. We ran out of tissue paper the first day. I know these are little things but they all add up to poor management.

Let me start off by saying that the room was clean and so were the grounds and facilities However, appearances are deceiving. The overwhelming smell of marijuana being smoked was ridiculous! I understand that it's legal now but when I get a contact high from walking down the hallway that's beyond unbearable. Also,for a non smoking facility there seemed to be cigarette smell as well. The front desk clerk was not very friendly when we checked in..spoke very low and fast and with his accent it made him very hard to understand. We tried to address the marijuana smell but nobody seemed to be working the front desk after we checked in🫤The sign was up saying they had stepped away most of the evening. Breakfast was your typical breakfast bar so nothing to really brag about. Our room was clean,but,there was no hair dryer(I know. First world problems) and some of the doors on our floor look as though they've been pried open at one point. As far as location,it sits next door to Walmart and McDonalds and Frisch's are a short walk across the front lawn. It's a quick drive to 75 so it's convenient for travellers. Checkout isn't until noon but be prepared for housekeeping to come knocking by 830.Overall,we most likely won't stay again. Especially for the issues we encountered and the rude customer service.

Booked 2 rooms. One with a king bed and one with 2 queen beds. Once we arrived, the 2 queen bed room was actually a king with a pull out couch. They need to change their website because it's very misleading. Had to get a third room for my other coworker. The rooms were clean. The TV, however, had limited channels and the fridge had a freezer area but per usual they didn't get anywhere close to cold enough. Breakfast was very limited as well but had really good orange juice.

perfect in every way. spotless rooms. the lady in the dinning room does an excellent job. very good food and spotless clean thanks, u made our 3 day stay very enjoyable see ya'll next year.

Positive: It was very clean and Staff was very helpful and kind. Breakfast was very good also. Service was OK, and accommodations were clean and acceptable. They would not add AAA or AARP discount to reservation since I was unable to add it when I made the reservation. No option for them.
