Holiday Inn Express & Suites Cut Off - Galliano, an IHG Hotel - Hotel in Galliano - 265 Highway 3162, USA

My whole experience was a very pleasant one. The room was clean and very spacious. The wifi was great and the breakfast as well was delightful. My biggest pleasure which I can’t emphasize enough is how wonderful the staff was. All the ladies working the front desk/check in area were always so kind to me and extremely helpful with any questions or concerns I had regarding my stay!

Positive: Its location is very good. It has a Breakfast offering, and it has been rebuilt after the last hurricane. So its fresh and clean. Negative: I have stayed in this hotel for business purposes on many occasions. this is NOT a vacation stay. I am in Galliano for business only. The HOT WATER IN THE SHOWER DID NOT WORK!

It has been my experience that IHG hotels are among the top hotels to stay in. Of all the IHG hotels I have stayed at in the past, I haven't had a bad experience to speak about. I fully recommend IHG to all of my family and friends, as well as anyone whom as for my opinion or recommendation of hotel stays. I refer them to IHG and help them locate the best hotel location to stay, based on the travel plans. The IHG app is a great tool to use for planning and booking hotel stays.

This Holiday Inn has been recently rebuilt from the last hurricane (Ida), it looks nice BUT, as soon as you go to your room and microwave one of the small meals they sell up front?|ANTS. Luckily not fire ants, but the little raspberry crazy ants.|I don't mean one or two either.|I took a short video clip of them (20 or 30 of the pests) and showed the clerk up front. I was assured they would spray for these things after I'd leave in the morning for work.|To sum it up? I came back after a 12 hour day, didn't smell any pesticides, sat down to eat another microwave enchilada meal, and was again swarmed with MORE ants. I went to the desk and asked if the room had been treated for the pests and was told "they went to look and didn't see any so..." Great. I ended up checking out a day early. When the bugs get to where they run across your face in the middle of the night and wake you up? Yup, that happened. Time to go. |I also ran into a bit of passive-aggressive hostility when I checked out early (due to the bugs). I won't go around and actively tell one and all about the bug stampedes or poor service I was rendered BUT if I am asked? I will recommend a motel in Golden Meadow.

The front desk was very nice and helpful with the whole check in process and the property was very clean. The room was neat and in order, bed was very comfortable and had a great night sleep. This is why i choose IHG properties when i travel.

im a IGH member and i always stay at Holiday inn, this one was the closest to my job, so i stayed here. the parking lot was big , we had plenty of room, the hotel was awesome, newly remodeled, the breakfast was great, i just thought 235.00 for a night was a little rich, 199.00 all in would have been much better, we all stay where we are rewards members, im a IGH guy 25 years , my card is so old ... it makes them say WOW when i show it. ..

They provided a decent breakfast even though there may have been as few as ten people there last night. Slow weekend there.

Not bad. Only complaint was the noise level from other rooms.
