Holiday Inn Express & Suites Cullman, an IHG Hotel - Hotel in Cullman - 2052 Hayes Dr NW, USA

Was traveling home from the beach and needed a single night stay. The staff are too notch and truly embody southern hospitality. The best hotel breakfast I’ve had! The variety of options was truly amazing. They had strawberry topping for the pancake machine! Bed was comfortable and room was clean with a nice smell.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The best hotel breakfast I’ve had. The variety of options was like eating at a buffet. The pancake machine was my favorite and they had strawberry topping! Breakfast lady came to my table and asked how everything was and even offered to refill my coffee.

I was blown away by the service this hotel provided. I came during destructive weather and the employees made sure everyone was safe and well taken care of. Sierra was an absolute delight and worked with me to get the number of beds I needed as I was traveling with family and they had limited rooms left due to the weather. The rooms were cleaned well and breakfast was better than any other hotel I've stayed at.

Fantastic breakfast with wonderful choices and the rooms were exceptionally clean. The Gm was very helpful and housekeeping was very friendly and the breakfast girls were fantastic. I really enjoyed the pool. Front desk was wonderful and friendly.

Very friendly and helpful front desk staff. Clean hotel, very nice. The only downside was the breakfast, not very good but it was a bite to eat and get our day started. None of the Holiday Inns have a descent breakfast, that's my only negative with them. Hampton always a good breakfast but pet friendly and we don't stay at pet friendly hotels.

Great breakfast, relaxing indoor heated pool and friendly folks. The breakfast variety offered that morning was scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage links, gravy, biscuits, toast, bagels, croissants and muffins. They also had pancakes, oatmeal, fresh fruit, cinnamon rolls and boiled eggs.

Had an absolutely fantastic time here, checked in late and the staff was super helpful. Ended up needing a second room and the staff was even more helpful. They offered complimentary bottles of water and help talk us through getting food delivered to our room using local delivery options. Beds were comfortable and had good TV services. Will be back.
