Holiday Inn Express & Suites Corona, an IHG Hotel - Hotel in Corona - 1550 Circle City Dr, USA

The room was clean, however there was a light that didn't work, the TV didn't work and the toilet moved when getting up. The hotel itself was also clean and everybody was helpful. The bed was awesome. Very comfortable.

staff was wonderful, we had a nice and quiet stay, best beds ever! We also loved the balcony! everything was nice a convenient and we felt very welcomed by everyone. Only complaint was that the egg products they served for breakfast tasted artificial, but they had a pretty good variety if things to eat

Stayed in the hotel on Dec 8 thru 11th. Room was comfortable. Front desk staff was friendly. Breakfast was satisfactory. The only problem was when my wife slipped on the wet floor coming off the elevator. The floor had too much water on the floor after mopping. The person who was mopping the floor just pointed at the wet floor sign as my wife sat on the floor. Truthfully, we didn't see the sign when we exited the elevator. In my opinion, if the mopping wasn't done with plain water it would have dried faster. Next time try a cleaning product that reduces the drying time.

Room cleanliness was superb. Fresh clean linens. Large clean bathroom. Loved the led lit bathroom mirror!! Only issue was the second I opened the bathroom, I smelled mildewy pipes. Like the plumbing smell was bad and it lingered to the bedroom area when bathroom door was open. Other than that the room was perfect

Had a problem at check in, on e of my reservations was not in the system. But, the lady at the front desk, I wish I could remember her name, did an excellent job finding me a room in a supposedly sold out hotel. Everything after that was as you would expect from a Holiday Inn Express. Comfortable, clean room, and great breakfast with lots of options.

The rooms are clean, breakfast is good and has lots of options, service at the front desk and Claudia at the breakfast area are super nice and helpful. My daughter could not get the pancake’s machine to work and she immediately helped her out. Recommended

Convenient location in Corona CA. We have stayed here about 6 times, sometimes with our pets and sometimes without. The hotel was very accommodating to our request for first floor for easy outdoor access for our pets. Unfortunately the increased pet fee of $35 per pet, per night was not a good value. For $70 per night (I have 2 pets), I would expect a more pet friendly property. Outdoor areas are not well maintained for pet use. With the hotel being very close to busy streets, there are no fenced areas. Also, no signs indicating pets in rooms, water bowls or pet treats. If I’m paying $35 per night for my pet, I expect more perks.

I stayed in the King Room. The staff at the front desk was great! She was considerate, asked me about my stay, and I felt welcomed. Unfortunately that was the best part of my stay. The hotel looks run down from the outside and appears to possibly be somewhere people are staying in between places. There is a sign saying you can't take food to the room from breakfast ( never been to a HI that didn't allow that) and you have to wear shoes, socks, and a shirt to breakfast (never been to a HI that needed to state that) . Also, I did not feel safe as it is tucked away behind the freeway. My room was somewhat modern but smelled like cleaning products ( which a lot of hotels do when you first walk in) but this place more than usual. It was very humid in my room and curtains were pretty dated. The air conditioner was super loud all night and my room was right next to the freeway so I heard the train and freeway all night. Multiple lights and outlets did not work. The door to the patio in the room had a hatch lock and being a solo female traveler on the second floor, it was just not safe. They really need to add a deadbolt there. The wifi was good but the tv was super old. The bed was fantastic as all holiday inn bedding is! I think the double bed rooms were a bit nicer. I would be sure to just ask for a room on the left side of hallway to avoid the traffic at night. But I would not stay here again! If you need to stay in Corona, try the Home2Suites, its right next to the Trader Joes off Dos Lagos! Its a brand new area and close to everything including a Trader Joes! :)
