This understated hotel was an excellent choice when needed while waiting for vacancy at my work retreat hotel. The shuttle service from airport was a short wait, worth it for the tips on the area from the driver. All staff I encountered were friendly and helpful. The pool and jacuzzi were nice amenities as well. The room was spacious and the bathroom counter was a treat for the female traveler. The bed allowed me the best sleep I have had while on travel in a long time, truly! I recommend this hotel. The basics are delivered spectacularly.

THIS ENTIRE HOTEL SMELLS LIKE BACON. It is otherwise as expected for a Holiday Inn Express. Rooms are spacious and clean, staff are courteous. Location is convenient but not quite walkable to downtown (we rented Lime scooters which was great).

Nice modern hotel typical of Holiday Inn. Nice big parking lot outside hotel to park your car. Very friendly staff and fact check in. Large comfortable room with everything I needed. The view from my window was the highway but that's fine. Blackout curtains so no light or noise. Nice breakfast included. The walk to downtown is about 15 minutes no problem for me.

I booked a courtesy room block at this hotel for my wedding, and the block manager Richard Wall went above and beyond to facilitate things for me and my guests! Our room had an amazing view of the mountains and was clean and comfortable as well.

We stay in a lot of hotels. Love almost all. First time reviewing. This one is the worst. Housekeeping walked into our room while my whole family is lounging around visibly and INTO the bathroom that was occupied to get the garbage! Poo splatter in the bathroom when we arrived, breakfast attendant verbally abusive to my husband, and loudly critical of hotel management in front of all breakfast guests. Lots of things in disrepair in our room and in the property.

Don't stay here. Horrible front desk service. My family was left without somewhere to stay and had to go elsewhere.||My husband and I were meeting his brother in Colorado Springs where we all planned to share a room before continuing our journey and attending a wedding later in the week. Our flight into Denver was delayed into the evening so my brother-in-law tried to check in. Laura, the front desk attendant, would not let him check in because I was not present. The stay was booked under my IHG account with points, but I had added his name on the reservation. We share the same last name too. We have never had uses with others in our party checking in before, as long as they were noted in the reservation and everything was paid. Laura was extremely unaccommodating for our situation. We even offered to pay over the phone with our credit card, but she would not budge.||Luckily they were able to stay at the Marriott SpringHill Suites nearby. Honestly it was a much better location anyway, further from the freeway and closer to downtown. Stay there instead!

After reading the low reviews we were a little skeptical about staying here. We think this place was great! It was clean and modern, in a good location, breakfast was good, and all the staff we dealt with were friendly. Would highly recommend.

Terrible. We were on family vacation on the way there. Staying for three nights when we arrive they canceled our room. Keep in mind we talked to them on the phone that afternoon to confirm our room. So if you book here you better have a back up plan because their management don’t know what they’re doing.
