Holiday Inn Express & Suites Cleveland-Richfield, an IHG Hotel - Hotel in Richfield - 5171 Brecksville Rd, USA

Hotel looked nearly new. Although it was spotless and well maintained, what was their greatest attribute was the staff. The front desk personnel, checking in and departing, were friendly, professional and easy to talk with. Our favorite person was the lady responsible for the breakfast area. The hot things were hot and the cold things cold. All choices were well stocked and the dining room remained spotless. If ever back in the area we'll stay there. Out of five stars, this HIE actually earned a fourteen!

Wonderful stay at this Holiday inn. Rooms are very clean, breakfast varied and delicious. Sam at breakfast area is very kind and welcoming - makes sure everything is neat and available for breakfast. She greeted us in the morning. Also need to recognize the cook Joe. My choosy 6 year old enjoyed the crispy bacon, biscuit and fruit. Thank you! We will definitely return and would recommend this hotel to others.

From the time I arrived until the day I left (5 nights), I always felt like a welcome guest. Excellent breakfast options (including hot foods) with a staff person on site that is continuously making sure tables are clean and food bar area was clean/filled. ||My room was of good size, with a very comfortable bed, working mini fridge, ample dresser/armorer space for clothes, working a/c. good shower presser, keurig machine, free (good) wi-fi and parking, and the room was cleaned to my satisfaction daily. ||The only suggestion that I have for the property is that the pool/hot tube/sauna room are outdated and need a tremendous facelift/update. But otherwise this was an excellent stay and I was pleased with the owner, staff, and my stay at this IHG property.

It’s a good hotel. Clean, updated enough, friendly and available staff. This is an impressive 2-star hotel (deserving of a higher rating). Would recommend! Was really blown away by the holiday inn express. I will stay with this hotel chain again because of this experience. I was only there for a single evening, but everything about the room was nice. The staff were helpful and friendly and they even excused our late checkout! The quality by far beats out the similarly priced competition. I will more strongly consider IHG group hotels as a whole now… especially after a disappoint Hilton stay I’ve had recently.

Room was nice, breakfast was great. Only staff that was nice was the breakfast lady. Needed blankets for Sofa bed waited hour and half, had to go down there and get myself. Lady at front desk was rude from the beginning.Pool was closed because sauna was down, maintenance guy said wasn’t dealing with it right now and proceeded to sit in lounge on his phone instead of screwing it back together which was easy fast fix.Big reason I booked there was to have the access to the pool! Overall could be good place if they had better staff who cared!

The room was very nice and clean! But service definitely was not the greatest. We asked for bedding for the pull out sofa. They told us it would be up in an hour. We had to go back down to get it. There was no phone in the room. So weird. The lady at the front desk was extremely rude and very unpleasant. The rest of the staff was ABSOLUTELY fantastic. Breakfast was great and the lady working that area was also fantastic. And the pool was closed when we went to go use it which is why we ended up leaving earlier than we intended, considering the pool was the only reason we actually booked this hotel.

Typical Holiday Inn Express. Clean and welcoming. I used the gym but there was no air conditioning in that room. I had to prop the door open with a 20 lb weight just to be able to breathe.

Friendly staff and delicious breakfast. The room I stayed in was clean and quiet but the bathroom needs to be updated. The toilet seat was loose, the bathroom door knob did not lock and was falling off and the wall paper was peeling. Not bad overall but could be improved!
