Holiday Inn Express & Suites Cheney, an IHG Hotel - Hotel in Cheney - 111 Betz Rd, USA

This was a very comfortable, clean hotel. I was staying in the heat of summer and my room stayed comfortably cool despite the 100 degree temps outside. The bed was cozy and I slept well, the bathroom was well stocked. I heard zero noise around me through the night, and in fact only heard one person go by the room in the morning despite the hotel being seemingly full. The only noise I did hear was the nearby trains but that just added to the ambiance of the hotel. It is conveniently located near a shopping center with a store so if you've forgotten something they most likely have it.

Clean hotel for the price and staff was great. There was an issue with the room billing. I was on a work trip, and the room was already paid for by my employer. When I was checking in, they asked for an ID and a credit card. I gave them my card and ID, and then they gave me my room keys all things back, so I went to my room. The room was nice, and the temperature was set perfectly. Then my phone alerted me that there was a charge on my card for over $1000 dollars by the hotel. I went to the front desk and explained the situation, and the staff fixed the issue immediately by crediting the money back to my credit card. Also, the pool area was clean and kept up well. The free breakfast was great, and the staff working in the dining area were always friendly and helping. I would stay here again if I were in the area.

Kate was so nice in kitchen. Kate made breakfast a wonderful experience. Alex at front desk amazing. All staff great. Housekeeping great Karen went above and beyond to keep it immaculately clean and provided us with help.

VERY CLEAN! Great location and service. 20 minutes to Spokane Airport but well worth the drive. Would stay again and avoid Spokane for stays. Rooms are ample, bedding is very nice. The cleanliness was notable and very much appreciated. Cheney is a nice area.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel! The first impression I got was how homey and warm it felt in there. The second impression was how friendly and helpful the front desk staff was. We stayed in the 2 queen suite with a couch bed, and it was PERFECT for our 4-person family! The rooms are AWESOME, tons of room for our group, two tvs in suites, updated furniture, and comfy beds. We loved how many pillows each bed came with (4/bed) as we all sleep with many pillows. I loved how there was a bath for my little kiddos. Everything was pretty clean, and the breakfast was awesome! The pool was ok. It was not my favorite, but it was doable. It was awesome how large it was, not too cold, and had a hot tub & bathroom in the pool area. All in all, this was a great stay here. I'm pretty picky and usually stay at high-end resorts, so trust me when I say this place is worth the stay. I recommend

Clean, comfortable bed, friendly staff. Quite expensive. Train horn was noisy in they middle of the night, recommend ear plugs for the lighter sleepers.

The hotel is nice. The non management team is amazing. The rooms look so good because the cleaners work very hard. They are not given nearly enough time to do it correctly. The company is so cheap on the help that they force them to get the rooms done in 30 min or less. I have even seen staff skip steps so they don’t get written up for going to slow. It’s a very uncomfortable situation all around. Like I said it all looks good but only because the staff kills them selves trying. Honestly too expensive for what it is.

Very clean. Friendly staff. I liked the room with the high ceilings. Slept like a baby. Would go here again. It was easy to get to.
