Holiday Inn Express & Suites Chatsworth, an IHG Hotel - Hotel in Chatsworth - 21340 Devonshire St, USA

We loved the Northridge area where the hotel is located. It wound up being very convenient location for us to visit our son and his wife nearby. There were so many amenities close by that made our stay that much nicer. The rooms were very nice and clean and the daily breakfasts were excellent. The staff were very nice and friendly when we had questions. We even loved the lights that brightened up once you stepped out into the hallway. This hotel is definitely a keeper for future visits to the area.

Hi - overall a good location and very nice staff but there is a very very strong smell in the lobby and, to a lesser degree, in the room. I think it’s air freshener or cleaning solution but it is so strong and smells quite unpleasant. It was hard to concentrate during check in because the odor was so strong. I opened the window in the room and had the ac running to clear the room smell. Again, really nice location and great staff so no concerns apart from the above.

I was very nervous to stay in a hotel in this area as I am unfamiliar with it. I had to rely on guest ratings. This hotel had high guest ratings and it did not disappoint. Friendly staff, clean rooms, nice little pool area and a fantastic hot breakfast. Also, of high importance for us was parking. Would our car be safe? They have secure parking right under the hotel. No worries!

When we arrived (around 1am), the hotel receptionist made amazing accommodations for us. There were no parking spots left and it was super late. The receptionist allowed us to park in a special area along with allowing us to check in an hour after check out time (since we arrived so late). The room we stayed in was super clean and spotless. This hotel was more of a 3 star hotel. Excellent stay experience.

Tried this hotel for the first time and was very impressed. The rooms were very clean. Breakfast had a really good variety. Location to shopping and the freeway was very convenient. Staff was amazing. No issues at all. Highly recommend.

The people at the front desk were very welcoming especially Carlos he helped me get a room. The lady’s cleaning do an excellent job and respect my privacy and left my room super clean! I would definitely stay again :)

During my stay, every box was checked and every expectation was exceeded! From the convenient parking to the friendly check in to the incredibly comfortable bed. Oh, that AC was definitely in tip top shape! We truly enjoyed our time here as well and the convenience of the shuttle station being around the corner. It truly checked every box when it comes to a fantastic hotel.

Staff is always fantastic, love this hotel. It’s clean it’s comfortable and convenient location for me. The staff make it quick and easy to get to my room. They go above and beyond every time. Breakfast is amazing and the gym has all I need to stay in shape.
