We had a great stay at this location. The staff is all very friendly and helpful. The room was great, quiet, and the beds were so comfy after a day of exploring. We very much enjoyed the breakfast selection at this location. Even if someone grabbed the last of one item, before it could be restocked, there was another option just as appealing. The staff kept the area very clean and inviting as well. We will definitely be staying here on future trips to the area.

Renovated this hotel within the past year and all I can say is it’s shoddy workmanship and just made it look cheap and dirty. Our room smelled like sewer due to the leaking sink drain which left a rust spot on the floor beneath it. The bathroom mirror didn’t light up either. The paint job in our room, the hallways and the dining area is aweful. For the price it should be better, for this hotel chain it should be better. Casa Grande deserves better. Staff was great but whoever manages this location needs to step up and care about the condition of this property!

Very pleasant staff and very helpful upon arrival and throughout the stay. The room was very clean and beds were beyond comfortable. Wi-Fi had fantastic connection and tv selections were the best. The linen smelled fresh and towels were so absorbent and made the entire showering experience exceptional. There was easy access shampoo body wash and conditioner readily available in the shower along with hand towels , bottled water, refrigerator and microwave. I can’t say enough about the great experience created just for me .

I feel like I paid way to much for this room. Although they are renovating, they seem cheap in comparison to other holiday inns. Breakfast was good but they didn't keep the items stocked for ur enjoyment. The staff was friendly. Like I said Although renovating the rooms were missing some accommodations the other hotels offer like full length mirror in room and our room had one very small trash can. The beds to me were uncomfortable. I guess this is why the room was outrageously expensive to pay for these cheaper upgrades. I went down stairs for complementary coffee at some point and it was cold. Just so sad because we love Holiday Inns.

The staff was great and extremely nice! The room was nice however, the ac/heating unit was extremely loud. The walls are thin toward the outside so if people were outside you could hear them. Staff at the front desk were so nice.

A wonderful lady greeted us the first night and made us feel most welcome. There is a Boston pizza & sports bar restaurant right next door for evening eats with out having to drive at night time. A nice variety at breakfast , only issue was one morning ( Monday ) breakfast supplies ran out after a very busy weekend (fathers day ) Rooms comfortable and very quiet , clean laundry and safe parking . WE had a maintenance issue with the room access , which they attended too promptly but was still intermittent. A very convenient hotel for our needs and clean.

I primarily stayed here because they welcomed pets. Some other reviews were not good in terms of cleanliness; however, I found quite the opposite. My room was clean, the bathroom was clean - it was a nice room overall. The chaise lounge was comfortable. I would stay here again.

Check-in staff was hospitable. Whole building had an odd smell. The whole building seems like it needs a refresh. Room was generally what you would expect. Sofa linens are not stocked in the room, but they were delivered promptly. Went downhill after that. Noise everywhere. Loud groups in the parking lot until 2-3 am. Every door closing, every cabinet drawer closing. Every conversation. Seems like a preferred location for construction companies to house their crews. Breakfast was average, but all the fruit was well past fresh.
