HORRIBLE Service! NOT one time did they clean my complete room! I asked for trash removal & the front desk gave me a plastic bag to gather my own trash and "set it outside my door!" Never made my bed! Just replaced 2 towels while leaving the used ones on the floor!!! Breakfast was decent. Amenities were decent. Free Parking was nice. Front desk workers were friendly. But the cleaning crew... Unexpectedly absent.

I booked a double queen room with a sleeper sofa and marked that I would have a total of 6 guests. Upon check in, I asked if there were extra sheets and blankets in the room for the sleeper sofa. I was told that there wasn't and that they didn't have any extra blankets because they had given them all out already. When we checked in, all the stores were closed because it was after midnight. We ended up having to suffer through the first night being short a blanket until we could get to the store the next day. The rooms was nice and clean and didn't smell. The location was nice. In a decent part of town and just off the interstate. There were food options nearby. The service was terrible considering we booked a room for 6 and wasn't able to get a blanket for the extra bed because they were given to other patrons that had folks piling into rooms.

I had an amazing stay here. Everyone was so kind and fun to talk to. The cleanliness and the fresh scent was the first thing I noticed! I can tell everyone loves to work here, and takes pride in what they do! The breakfast service was phenomenal; Athena and Billie made it feel like a restaurant! They took care of us, checked in on us, and even offered to take our leftover trash! They made sure we were happy. I did not expect to get taken care of so well. This is a hotel that will spoil you!

The staff here is amazing and thoughtful! We stayed here for the 2024 Total Eclipse one night and they had prepared a super fun and creative welcome kit with Eclipse gum, sun chips, star crunch, galaxy brownie and solar glasses. We also asked for recommendations for a restaurant in Little Rock and they recommended Flying Fish which was great. They also had little sets of extra pillows, sheets and blankets prepared and ready for us for our little one. We felt very welcomed and cared for by the thoughtful staff. Thank you!

The room was comfortable, clean, well-stocked, and cool in temperature. We slept peacefully in our beds, too. We heard people talking later into the night, but no other disturbances. It also thunderstormed, and it was nice to see and fall asleep to.

Showed up at 9pm to check into my room they had cancelled my reservation. It was a work trip, we had booked rooms as a group in January. On top of that I am a platinum member for IHG hotels. 7/8/24. Nice warm reception I was needing. Will never book here again for future work trips. Said they tried calling before giving my room away.

Convenient from the interstate. Queen bed and pull out couch into a twin. The couch/twin mattress was torn and thin and unacceptable to sleep on, even for a child. The queen bed was uncomfortable also. The hotel was very clean overall but some money needs to be spent in the rooms to upgrade. The room was large with a microwave/coffee station. Breakfast was basic. Just stayed one night on our way to somewhere else.

Updated and very clean!! Fresh coffee and wonderful tea selections were available for our 5:00.am departure. Would highly recommend staying at this place!
