This is a very clean and quiet property that I would stay at again. Beds were comfy, rooms were a good size. Night front desk staff is very nice; day staff was fine but generally appeared disinterested. Housekeeping staff is very diligent. Lobby furniture definitely needs an upgrade; it's all pretty stained and past its prime. Had some elevator issues during our stay. Pancake maker was out of order the whole time, but otherwise breakfast was good and well maintained.

Beware….it’s a site for immigrant housing. My son is a resident in this town. My husband and I live out of state and this is the hotel we normally stay at. It makes me angry that my son’s hard earned tax dollars are supporting these people as they hang around in the hotel all day, receiving free housing, meals, etc. while my son works his rear-end off to make ends meet for his family. It is WRONG. The immigrants are not working, yet they are all walking around dressed in expensive clothing and cell phones. When you arrive, it will be evident the hotel is full of migrants. The first floor doors are decorated like an apartment building. The place is packed with people, yet the parking lot is empty. And no one speaks English. I had to call the front desk because small children are running in the hallway late at night. I will no longer be staying at this hotel. When they decide to turn the hotel back into a place for paying customers, I will return.

Not bad if you can handle the owners families living on site. All day/night kids running all over. Up and down elevators all day/night. Coffee never on,if on it's cold. Will drive hours to not stay at this location again. Lady putting breakfast on is sneezing/blowing nose. Beyond sick of course. Better off hitting next hotel down/ up highway. Besides breakfast scrambled eggs ice-cold. Not impressed at all! Place should not be recognized as a HOLIDAY INN!

This Holiday Inn has a convenient location, right near I 495 plus across street from shopping area that has every type of store you could want. We were there 3 nights and every single night the ELEVATOR was broken. No mechanic seemed to be working on it. I saw elderly people painfully climbing stairs because of it. Every room door frame on 3rd floor has gray paint streaks, where someone did a terrible job trying to go from beige to gray color. There was smears of caulk on my bathroom door handle. The entrance tiles had odd discoloration everywhere. Looked dirty but maybe it's just residue? Shabby place at times but I've stayed at worse. Did the job for visiting.

I came in early last night after a long drive. It was, for me, an emergency situation. I'd had poor sleep the night prior and was falling asleep omw home. I stopped in because there was no rest stop and I was scared I wouldn't make it home safely. The concierge was amazing. Kind. Worried about my safety. He made sure I got a room at a very reasonable price. The room was clean, very large from what I was expecting, the bed was comfortable. I passed out almost immediately. Thank you.

Broken mirror light in the bathroom. Paint peeling of the ceiling. Shower head ripped from the wall and just dangling there. Place overrun with migrants. Little kids running down the hallways. No rest. Morning breakfast feels like you are visiting daycare. Place best avoided if you are traveling for business. Took a credit card charge back to fix a simple billing error. Never again.

Room 309|Check in and out was seamless and welcoming. Our Hostess was kind and helpful. Location is perfect for travelers. Located a very short drive from gas and several restaurants. Area is very clean and quiet. The room was typical HI quality. Bed comfy. Room well stocked. Bathroom perfect and well stocked. As always, good quality for breakfast.

Was quite impressed how clean the rooms were. If you're worried about clean rooms don't worry about this hotel because it was super clean. Rooms were nicely done also. The staff at the front desk was friendly to and helpful. The free breakfast was a plus two.
