I stay In lots of hotels out here for work and this one has been the absolute worst. |They do not clean often nor well , I found someone’s left over trash in the closet of the room. You are lucky if they even stop by your room every 3/4 days to “clean” . The older woman that cooks breakfast is always quite rude and gives dirty looks. The appliances are hit or miss if they work .Your key does not open any other doors aside from your room. So you are only able to enter through the front door . The only nice thing I have found about this hotel is the pool . They need to hire better staff that will actually do their job. The hotel has lots of potential such a shame to see it as it stands.

This place is pretty unkempt and dirty. The air quality in the room is bad...not sure if the filters have been changed. The manager treated us as if we were not welcomed even though we book 25 rooms from them and had kids in for a baseball tournament. She acted like she never saw kids be kids. The last hotel welcomed us with open arms. Would not be there if I didn't have to be and definitely won't be back.

I have never had to change my check out date due to poor service. At check in we were informed about a “flooding issue” and told our rooms were downgraded. I asked for an adjustment in price. Since I had booked through Expedia they told me they couldn’t help me. I contacted Expedia and was told they had to contact the hotel to approve my partial refund on the downgrade. Long story short the manager declined our Expedia request for a refund and said we were aware of this issue. I don’t think notice at check in is fair notice to make a decision to change your booking when you are a family of 8 needing two rooms. My husband contacted the manager to discuss this refusal with Expedia and she had a very rude tone as if she could care less which ended up with her hanging up on him. At this point we did not even feel comfortable staying anymore and decided to end our stay. The only reason this place got any stars is the friendly gentleman named Jay at the front desk who tried to really hear our concerns but unfortunately didn’t have the authority to approve our request. The hotel could use some improvements in cleanliness, upkeep with laundry as towels were limited, and no coffee available 2 out of the 3 days we stayed. I will never be back here nor will I ever recommend this hotel to anyone.

Where to start, never in my life have I had such horrible service, from the time we checked in it was bad, with the changing of our rooms due to plumbing issues (TO WHICH WE FOUND OUT THERE WAS NO PLUMBING ISSUES AS I ASKED HOUSE KEEPING AND THEY SAID THATS WHAT THERE SUPPOSED TO SAY) to the rude staff, no welcome greeting nothing. We drove 14hrs to visit family and to stay here was a nightmare. From no towels to dirty rooms and Damm key cards not working, pancake machine inop, HOW DO YOU RUN OUT OF COFFEE. This hotel has very poor management, when I called manager to discuss the room rates and the switch she was rude and hung up on me, save yourself the greef. We ended up going to the comfort sweets next door as we checked out early and went there and it was a totally different experience they were friendly and polite and were fully STOCKED OF EVERYTHING.

This hotel allows pets in all rooms. Now that may be great for travelers with animals, not so great for me. We were traveling animal free. The room was clean but dies a hotel really think that if you consistently put digs in a room with carpeting you are not sooner or later going to get fleas? I was bit on the feet and ankles atleast 10 times. My suggestion is.... Instead of being greedy, only allow animals in certain rooms on certain floors. I have a dog myself and k ow how it is taken care of. I have know idea how someone else's pet is. So sorry I cannot stay at this Establishment again until they rectify the problem. And if HIG is going to continue to do this, I will take my business to a place that keeps the rooms I sect or flea free

I booked this hotel as a last choice since the hotel that I typically stay at when I’m in town for business was completely booked. Needless to say at the end of my stay, I wanted to RUN away from this hotel as quickly as possible. I have stayed at several other Holiday Inn Express properties and this by far was the worst one. I was not happy with my experience at this hotel and definitely will not return. First, when you walk into the front door there’s signs near the entrance that say “front door locks at 10pm” and guests would need their room key to gain access. I thought this was very odd as I’ve never seen anything like that, certainly not on the front door to hotels, maybe side entrances. It was a little alarming, but I pushed forward. When I got to the counter to check in no one was at the counter which was another issue I had with this property. Front desk presence is damn near non existent. Every time I passed thru their front desk/lobby area there was no one at the front desk. God forbid you actually need to speak to a person, you either have to stand there and hope someone hears you walk up to the counter or holler for some to come from the back which I’m guessing is where they sit. They did not have the room I originally booked. This property is very outdated as well and definitely could use some major upgrades. Fixtures around the room and bathroom were so old they were literally brown with rust. I had a queen suite with 2 tvs, neither one of them worked! Carpet is old and holds a smell. I spotted mold growing in the fridge. The lighting is so dark in the rooms. Lamps provide very minimal lighting. They did not have any type of snack shop, just vending machines which I know are available at newer holiday inn express properties. The only positive things I have to say are that my room was clean—-that’s it. just old and quite frankly rundown. If you’re traveling on business and you are used to newer and more updated hotels that pay attention to detail then this is NOT the property for you. If you’re okay with bare minimum service, subpar quality rooms that are old, and just need a cheap place to lay your head, this is your place.

Checked in today on 4/2 around 3pm. Hotel is extremely clean and front desk associate was an EXTREMELY nice guy, very helpful and professional. Room was super nice and clean. 10/10 would stay here again!

Love this hotel…Super clean and the beds are comfortable. Great Breakfast and location…This was our 2nd time at this Hotel and will be returning when I come to see my baby brother again…My Baby Brother is the one who told me about this hotel..and I’m happy he did…
