Me and my boyfriend had to make a last minute stop and this was the closest hotel to us. Was I surprised! Mary and John were both very pleasant and welcoming. They made me laugh. Lobby was clean. Customer service was great. The room was super clean!! Definitely will be coming back again if I’m ever in the area.
All hotel amenities were very good. Blowdryer, iron, and bath products were great. Bed was comfortable with great pillow selection. Room could have been a little cleaner, but it was acceptable. The main issue was that the door to the room was clearly damaged. It was off kilter and had recently been slammed into the drywall. The drywall was taped and plastered, but not not finished. Overall, the hotel was very nice, particularly when compared with others in this area. However, I think this room should have been taken out of service until it was fully repaired.
This hotel allows pets in every room. Not good if you have allergies. No housekeeping if you stay more than 1 night. Location of hotel great, but remodeling needed. Also, towel shortage issue when we were there, and it wasn't overly crowded. Front desk handed me a bath towel full of big holes, and another "hand" towel that appeared to be a rag (part of a ripped up towel). Breakfast only had half gallons of whole milk, no other milk option for cereal. No yogurts other than Greek.
Clean room with no issues. Quick check in, and check out. Delicious breakfast on our stay. Special thanks to staff at checkout for helping me understand the bill, and was super sweet and professional. Also like to thank the lady who did breakfast Saturday morning she was amazing and treated us like we were family. Highly recommend hotel and employees!
The staff was very welcoming which was so nice after a long day of traveling on road that feeling was awasome. The room was spacious with comfortable beds. The bathroom was extremely clean with a nice shower and fluffy towels. Do not hesitate to stay here!. I really enjoy my time here.
This Holiday Inn Express & Suites located in Normal, Illinois is very nice. We are traveling through this area and we needed a room for one night. We found this room online, it was a fair price, it’s location was convenient. . Everything looks and smells nice. The beds are really relaxing. Check in was easy. The staff is friendly and professional. Everything was clean. We are looking forward to the breakfast. There are some good restaurants nearby. If we are in this area again we would stay here again.
Holiday inn express is a great hotel. Front desk was an excellent. All staff member who was always very helpful and very kind to us during our stay. The hotel was very clean. The breakfast was very good. The beds were very comfortable. Rested good and got a good night's sleep. The hotel is in a great location. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.
Front-desk ,Managers, cleaning and breakfast staff were friendly and very helpful. Overall great stay. Hotel was neat and easy to get around. Room was comfortable and wi-fi signal was strong. Bathroom was very clean.Also Hotel has amazing newly remodeal pool that was nice and Hot tub water was nice able to relax.
