Staying in Blackwell to cut down drive time to another state. Convenient to I-35. Great value and outstanding morning breakfast - come for the breakfast meats, stay for the cinnamon rolls!!!!. Clean room, no hassle check-in. I arrived around 8:30 p.m. and got to my room in about 5 minutes! A very nice staff and hotel.

Clean spacious room, comfortable bed, great front desk service and the best shower ever! You might think it's weird to comment so highly on the shower lol, but it was literally the best shower I have ever had. My husband even said he just wanted to stay here and I can pick him up on the way back. The breakfast was so so but good coffee and orange juice. Oh and pet friendly for $25.

For being a Holiday Inn off of the I-35 the destination following Google maps is inaccurate. The first thing greeting you is a huge amount of bird poop in the front drive-up. The night check in was fast and the young man was polite. The room is comfortable and big. Beds were comfy. USB outlets did not work. Shower pressure was light and the water did not drain quickly. There are no toiletries or water cups in the bathroom provided except the Dove body wash, Shampoo/Conditioner and hand soap. The morning breakfast was very light. No pancake batter available and had to locate staff (front desk staff were in back) to ask for more plates and to refill items in the breakfast room. Morning staff seemed a little grumpy and not too many smiles to be found. Also was unsure who staff was as they were wearing sweatpants/sweaters. (I understand it's very cold ❄️ lol) Overall fine for a one night stay to pass through.

Very nice place very clean but the most important thing is the staff. Above and beyond making sure everything is OK take care of my prescription I left behind kept it in the refrigerator-they communicate with each other. I highly recommend this place.

First thing that greets you walking through the door is bird poop. When you gaze up you see how filthy the front door is. Asked the night clerk about the bird poop and he said they just can't get rid of the birds. I stayed here a couple of times over the years and they never seem to get rid of the birds and they never seem to get the bird poop cleaned up at least. Got to the room, the bathroom was filthy as usual. Using the toilet I couldn't help but smell the old urine wafting up into my nose. The rooms are really dirty here. The corners of the bathroom were full of pubic hairs and dust and dried skin. The only reason I stay here is because it's a good location for me. Pretty unusual in that it's a Holiday Inn Express. Although they aren't normally a great hotel they do try to keep the standards up. This place is an exception though. I won't even mention the breakfast. It's terrible. I'm not trying to be overly harsh just truthful. The manager needs to be fired.

I stopped here as a layover for a business trip. The hotel was decent, and pretty clean. Check-in was friendly and fast. I thought the rate was a little high for a Sunday night in Blackwell, Oklahoma, however it was not terrible. I wasn't able to get breakfast on the morning of my check-out, because they were late getting it open. There were people lined up waiting in the breakfast area, and I finally left.

The Front Desk people are friendly and professional and the rooms are very clean. The hotel is quiet and the food is laid out nicely in a clean atmosphere. Nice TV at breakfast place. Blackwell is lucky to have such a great hotel.

Positive: Location Negative: No tv service. There was an ice storm so I took that into consideration. Keurig coffee maker did not work. Refrigerator door was open I¿ve stayed here before and was happy but this time it seemed like things were sliding in wrong direction.
