Stayed 1 night, the desk clerk, Kristen, was friendly and helpful, room was very clean and comfortable, soft bed nice clean sheets, had a good nights sleep. Breakfast had a good variety to choose from with sausage, eggs, gravy, biscuits along with pancakes, cereal, pastries, juices, coffees. A little more than other hotels but we will stay here again. We were near the interstate and had some noise until around 9. Parking lot was a little small, lots of cars. We stayed again 6/18-6/19 2024 and stayed in room 102. Everything was fine except whoever stayed before us had a cat in the room. I have a very strong allergy to cats and could tell by my symptoms.

Room was nice and big, breakfast was good, nice quiet area. However, the main reason we stopped at this hotel was because they had a pool for our kids. We were disappointed when we went to the pool only to see a sign saying the pool was closed. When we asked why, we were told it was a pump failure. This information would have been nice to know before hand.

Drove up from Panama city. Had business in gadsden and Bessemer so this was ideally positioned. Staff were polite and welcoming. Room was clean and bed was really comfortable. Good variety at breakfast. I had a relaxing stay which you would pay a lot more for at certain chain hotels.

The breakfast must have been prepared by someone who knows nothing about cooking! Biscuits too brown on the outside and undone dough on the inside, grits that were put in hot water and not cooked, and luke warm coffee. Turned my stomach.

This was a very pleasant stay, the staff were polite and helpful. The property was situated well, near the highway but far back enough that it was quiet. The hotel interior was decorated nicely, it didn't feel "old", as well as my room. The furniture was in good shape, modern feeling, and clean. The hotel room layout was great, linens clean and fresh. The only thing was the bathroom fan was on the loud side with no provision to turn off without turning the lights off. But that is the only complaint i have.

Staff were extremely helpful and kind. Loved the cookies they left out. Room was clean. Would def stay here again.

The front desk was very friendly and helpful. I had a packaged delivered by Amazon and they staff took great care to ensure I received it on time. The hotel was very clean, I think the toilet paper could be a little better quality (only 1 ply) but overall it was a good stay. The food was your standard hotel breakfast but it was cooked well. It was very central to a lot of food places and shopping was relatively close as well. Overall I would definitely stay at this location again and it was a good experience.

Nice and clean rooms. HORRIBLE customer service. My husband and I travel cross country for work and are diamond elite members. After driving excessively from CT, we decided to stop around 12 am on 3/3/24. We booked our room on the IGH app not even 5 minutes before we pulled in the parking lot. When we pulled up, There was a no vacancy sign on the door, but beings the app allowed us to book, we decided to check and see anyways. No one was there. We dialed “0” and a lady answered and said she would be there in just a second. While we are waiting, there was a car that pulled in and left immediately after seeing the “no vacancy” sign. After a good few minutes of waiting, my husband called the hotels number on his phone with no answer. He decided to call one more time before we found elsewhere, and finally the lady came out of one door into the lobby, the same time another guy came out of another door into the entrance. Don’t know what they were doing, but it definitely seemed like they came out of the same room and deliberately used different doors. We were able to get checked in, so the no vacancy sign is hard to believe beings we had booked mere minutes before arrival. I may be mistaken and it may just be a misunderstanding, but it’s almost like it was put there to avoid customers, and if that’s the case, there’s no telling how much money this location is losing, and I would advise checking cameras. Had we not been so exhausted, we would have found elsewhere to stay. HOWEVER!!! The room was spacious and extremely clean and comfortable. And the checkout was also quick and simple.
