Holiday Inn Express & Suites Beaver Dam, an IHG Hotel - Hotel in Beaver Dam - 311 Seippel Blvd, USA

We were there the second week in July of 2024. Our room was so very clean. We are very familiar with the area and Beaver Dam has not always had much choice for hotel options. I would definitely recommend this one.

This was an interesting site. There was a renovation underway outside, but it was not noticeable from the inside. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The service at the desk and breakfast were top-notch! I had requested an accessible room and was provided their version. The room was clean and well stocked. The bathroom entrance was a bit odd. The room was constructed with a wide doorway (for easy wheelchair access). Unfortunately, the sliding door did not slide out of the doorway because it was stopped by a poorly placed countertop. The door created an opening that was quite narrow compared with the size of the doorway. About 30% was blocked. It was a lesson to me to be sure to verify these things when they are needed. I mentioned it to the front desk in the morning, and I got the "Wow, I was not aware of that ..." story. I hope they can review and resolve the issue. Otherwise, the visit was as expected. Clean, comfortable, and quiet.

Great hotel! I travel a lot for business and I love Holiday Inn Express. The staff here were friendly and very helpful. My door lock battery died while I was out. The front desk woman was so sweet and apologetic. She called her boss who immediately got the maintenance man here at 10pm. I only had to wait about 20 min total and she kept me company while I waited. Lots of great local places to eat nearby and I truly enjoyed Ooga Brewery’s unique beer selection and awesome atmosphere. Will definitely stay again.

Staying here for work and the hotel staff is very welcoming and always able to answer any questions. The rooms are a really good size for a standard room. They are clean and always have a super nice note from the housekeeping staff. The bathroom is large and bright. The location is great, right off the highway and close to food and shopping. The gym is nice has enough that you can do what you need to do without going to a gym. The pool is clean and relaxing.

Clean and well kept. Free breakfast is decent. Pool was a bit cool but overall nice area. The contact high from skunk weed when walking into the foyer was a bit much for myself and my 11 year old son.

I stayed at the hotel on May 24th and May 22nd two separate stays. When I left on the 23rd I have forgotten some drinks in the refrigerator and called the hotel and asked them to save them for me. To my surprise when I checked in on the 24th they had put the drinks in the refrigerator in the new room for me and they were cold and ready for me when I got there. I very much appreciate the management taking care of that for me. They even upgraded me to a nicer King room. The room, bed, shower were all great.

This hotel is quiet and clean. We love it to get away. It's close to resturants and shopping. The staff are friendly and helpful. And the food is yummy. I always love a good coffee bar and the tea selection is great!
