Holiday Inn Express & Suites Batesville, an IHG Hotel - Hotel in Batesville - 1130 White Dr, USA

We came to the Batesville AR location to enjoy the Christmas lights and decorations. The hotel check in process was quick and easy. The complimentary water and cookies at check in were so very nice! The room was large, clean and comfortable. the pool looked very clean and we'll be back to try it and the hot tub out on our next visit. Breakfast was really delicious with many options.

Positive: We enjoyed the clean, attractive, spacious room that was quiet and comfortable. The workout area, pool, and hot tub were very clean and orderly. We used the snack stand and enjoyed a well-supplied hot breakfast buffet in the morning. Negative: We wished we had another day to stay and enjoy it more!

Although the hotel looks new on the outside, it could use some repair on the inside. Our bed was really comfortable. The chase had dirt on it from the previous occupants. Loved the dove products in the bathroom. There were som dings in the wall that needed repair. Breakfast was typical hotel breakfast. You could tell that the floor in the breakfast area was mopped around. The floor was stained where the mop could not go. It was a quiet place and hotel staff was friendly. Fresh cookies and bottled water offered upon check in.

Positive: Good room, good hotel breakfast Negative: Night staff tried to double book my room. Glad I locked the door. Another guest with a key, tried to come in. I phoned down stairs, they knew if it. Not the surprise I was expecting at 9pm

Every IHG location is great and this location in memphies was. Or the exception, clean, with all the amenities needed and close to the airport!, everything I go to memphies this is my go place. Also in a walking distance to the Elvis park.

Rooms were very clean and staff friendly. The breakfast ended up making me a little sick so I had to make extra stops through my day of driving.

The room was a king suit and was ok besides the big brown stain on the couch. The pool however is disgusting, green film caking the sides. The hot tub is slightly cleaner but broken, no bubbles just warm water. I also came to use the office space but the printer was broken and did not communicate with the computers or a hand held device as advertised so no work could be done either. I have stayed here 4 times as it's the best the area has to offer. Breakfast was decent as far as continental breakfast goes.

Before I went to bed this review was 4 stars. That was before I realized my headboard would glow all night and drive me crazy. I’m writing this at 3 in the morning as I contemplate wether I should go gather all the towels and try to cover the light bar in the top of the headboard and risk a fire or just break it and hope they don’t notice right away. They have the creakiest wooden floor I have ever encountered in a hotel. Practically every step makes a sound. It’s almost like they have created a sleeping obstacle course and I have paid for the displeasure of trying it out. We had the room booked for two nights but thankfully we have family we can stay with so this will be the only night we ever stay here. Definitely won’t be coming back.
