Holiday Inn Express & Suites Bartlesville, an IHG Hotel - Hotel in Bartlesville - 4016 Price Rd, USA

We stopped overnight on our Thanksgiving week travel. Everything was good except for the short wait at check in. Room was clean and we asked for a room near an elevator and got it. Morning breakfast was fine and similar to all others we have had a HI express. Staff at checkout was friendly. Probably one of the best HI express we have stayed at!

Room very noisey. Hard time sleeping. Breakfast choices looked old. Toaster didn’t work. Never was able to get comfortable. Was located where we were going. Did enjoy the area while we were there. Heater/Air Conditioner was very noisy.

Perfectly soft and warm beds, nice bathroom with perfectly relaxing lighting. Has everything you’d need. WiFi is a problem for some devices due to the nature of the agreement.

We were greeted with a friendly smile at the front desk and was very informative of the area that we were staying at. The whole hotel staff was friendly always saying good morning and enjoy your day. Our room and hotel was clean breakfast was okay good enough to get you started before sightseeing. We didn't use the pool it was small but if you have kids or just to cool off the folks seem to be enjoying it. We will definitely stay at this hotel again when visiting family in Oklahoma.

I’ve stayed here a few times (we are IHG members) since I have a kid attending OKWU. Normally, it’s been ok & the desk staff, especially the gentleman monitoring the desk at night has always been kind and accommodating! I have communicated to all my family & friends to stay here when they are in town until now. I recommended a friend to use this hotel recently & I was so disappointed in the way she had been treated during her stay. The front desk person, Melissa, made sure she communicated her displeasure when my friend discovered her sheets were dirty…looked like dried blood. When she moved my friend to another room, she was rude to her. The comments Melissa made toward her & her attitude as well were extremely unprofessional!

This was a much appreciated stay. I'd asked for a handicapped room, and was given one. There had been a change in room so the air conditioner hadn't been turned on; but quickly cooled down when turned on. The shade was discovered by staff to need service, and was ordered (without my even asking). Lisa was especially helpful; even got me ice in my bucket! Thank you soo much! The breakfast was wonderful.

Was a relaxing stay. Clean room, warm breakfast and pleasant environment. The staff was nice and helpful. Hotel is a bit outdated but kept up very well.

Upon arrival I was greeted by a very friendly gentleman. Rooms were clean, but quit basic. Beds were comfortable. Very quiet and nice place to stay. Would stay again, if ever in the area again, Thank you!
