I don’t really know the right number of stars for my experience. The floors in the rooms are sticky, goldfish bowls are cleaner than the pool, and they put breakfast out when they feel like it. On the other hand, I’m pretty sure the bed was clean, all the staff were super friendly, and it was very convenient for my work trip. So I would totally stay here again, but I would think twice about recommending it to a friend? I guess it’s all about your priorities.

The staff was very nice. I was pleased with the breakfast. My only concern would be that the window unit in my room looked like it may have had some mold which was a bit concerning.

Had to change rooms twice. The first room was dirty with pet hair everywhere. The second room was even more disgusting. The linens were never changed from the previous guests. The comforter was just pulled in place over the sheets. Immediately checked out and demanded a refund. It's not my standard or level of comfort.

The location is scary as rip, which they even know that considering they lock all the doors at 9pm. Definitely don’t like that I went to the hotel last night to get everything paid for and dealt with since this was a business booking for one of my students but get a phone call today that everything I had done with the girl from last night was pointless and now I’ve got to stop my entire day to deal with authorization forms and all. It would be nice if they did a better job at training their staff. Thank you for wasting my time tho! Update- they sent me someone else’s account numbers expiration dates, and billing address on a persons card authorization form…… so things are going great with this hotel so far!

I had a pre-paid trip and once there $50 incidental fee was taken out (That's fine),but within 15hrs another $146.94 was charged from this same hotel. The sales manager denied making the charge and requested that I wait for the bank's processing (which I showed him) to be finalized. Little did I know that it was the start of a COMPROMISED card with charges from PUBLIX in Savannah,OpenSkyyInc. in MD, and a bank in Ca . which actually stopped the transaction and notified my bank and me.A call to the manager was not returned.NB: The COMPROMISE STARTED RIGHT THERE. Good luck folks.

We are from Cartersville GA, came to a 420 party and decided stay here. The location was great!!! There were two other hotels in the same lot to choose from. Stone Crest Mall and different restaurants were less than 5mins away. The front desk clerk was very friendly and patient and she suggested places to dine.👍🏾 The hotel was clean 👍🏾and smelled nice!!!! 👍🏾There's a little convince store for things you might need or something to eat/drink.👍🏾 They also have complementary items at the front desk. 👍🏾They serve hot breakfast,👍🏾 but the coffee is watered down 👎🏾. They have a nice gym.👍🏾And the have a outdoor pool which was closed for repairs. There is a smoking area and they have ice machine👍🏾. The cleaning crew was so nice and did an excellent job on cleaning the room as we were out.👍🏾I give this hotel a 4 because the view of room 116 was gravel and truckers,👎🏾 the phones don't work,👎🏾 when we took a shower the water was not hot it was lukewarm so we had to blast the heat when we got out the shower to warm ourselves from the cold water 👎🏾😔

Mattress was broken and had a large hole in it. Hotel was clean, but really needs to be updated. Breakfast was two hours late on the first day and when we did have breakfast, the eggs were cold and they had no forks or knives. Was the worst holiday Inn we ever stayed at.

Although it sounded like water was flowing down the walls with other rooms showered and the shower barely had hot water, the staff was great. I had some good sleep in the beds also. We even had a rambunctious two y/o who made quite a bit on noise upon arrival. The front desk staff came to the room and were understanding. I’d give this hotel 3/5. There are some updates that need to done and some other cosmetic updates made.
