We had an excellent, comfortable stay here. Room was modern, clean, spacious and well appointed, with a fridge and microwave, and lots of counter top space as well as a chair and a chaise. Their breakfast was good, with options for everyone including for gluten and dairy free me. I really appreciated that. Employees were friendly. It's not far from the cute downtown Ashland area. We'd definitely stay again. It was a good value, too.
5-star customer service. We were welcomed as IHG members and check-out was seamless but what happened in between was awesome. We had a dead battery and the hotel manager, Sebastian, stopped what he was doing and gave us a jump start. Our own road service said they had no vehicles in the area and after the jump-start at the hotel we were on our way to an new battery and the rest of our trip.|Our room was clean and comfy. The bed quality was great. They welcomed our fur-baby golden retriever. The breakfast was good with hot eggs and bacon/sausage and pancakes. There is a nice outside are for travelers with pets. Would stay here again.
Hotel was very clean, staff very nice and loved the black out shades so if I wanted a nap in the afternoon or to sleep a little late, was able to make the room very dark. Breakfast was good, my only issue was I don't eat cheese in my food and every other day the eggs had cheese in them. And would rather have waffles than pancakes but those were minor issues. Would definitely stay there again.
Positive: Facility was very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room and bed extremely comfortable. I was so happy when I arrived. It exceeded my expectations Negative: I would have liked the pool and hot tub to be open 24 hours. However I understand that may not be possible due to safety reasons.
The hotel is close to the I-5 and has two nice restaurants within walking distance. The rooms were clean and the beds and pillows very comfortable. Breakfast needs a little help along with the person in the breakfast area. A pleasant stay and would stay there again. Great wineries in the area !
Five Star all the way, we will be returning year after year. Pool & hot tub were wonderfully relaxing, clean & inviting. Breakfast was tastey, coffee nice & hot. Front desk gal was personable & hospitable. Comfy bed's. Quiet rooms. Highly recommend. Thank you.
As noted earlier, our stay was very good but the breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. The meat selections were inedible which ought to be reviewed. We will, however, return due to its location. This not a complain about staff. It is the product she is given to prepare.
We really enjoyed our stay here! The room was incredibly clean and while I am unsure how new the hotel was, it felt like we were the first people to stay in it from the cleanliness! The bathroom was very spacious and the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the laundry accommodations for guests as we had many hiking clothes to wash and we thought the location was great as we explored the nearby downtown area. I would highly recommend!

This is one of the best locations in Ashland, only 4 blocks from the Shakespeare Festival, and easy walking to lots of restaurants. There are 4 buildings, the 2 newest have elevators. The oldest building does not have an elevator, but is closest to t
This hotel was perfect for me. I travelled, unbeknownst to me, on the eve of a storm to this motel, planning to stay there as a waypoint on my journey south. There a kindly young woman was waiting at the front desk to greet me, and I found I was one
We had a great time! The theme and puzzles were entertaining and just the right amount of challenging. Thanks Eden for being the perfect âbar tenderâ host!

This theater is incredible. There's not a bad seat in the house. It's worth every penny to see shows here. We are seeing The Three Muskateers and it's a true gem. Wine and beer, popcorn and cookies are all sold inside and can be taken to your seat.
I had such a lovely experience!! This was my second time coming in, and I brought my grandma with me. She visited from Portland, and I wanted to do something special with herâ¦.tea time! We had the complete queenâs service with the gorgeous tiered
Attended a wedding at this charming venue, and it was an absolute delight! The location exuded beauty, creating the perfect backdrop for the celebration. What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional service. The staff and owners were incredibly
Just wow! Recently discovered this place and I can't say enough about how great it is! The breakfast burrito is absolutely delicious and massive. The special I had today was a pomegranate pork burrito, which was incredibly unique and tasted amazing.
Such a cute shop! Drinks were made quickly and staff were lovely. There are a bunch of board games, creating a perfect environment for playing games with friends. Drinks were lovely, recommend adding the passion fruit dolphins.
Cozy winery in a beautiful setting, along with great wines (so good we bought five bottles on our first visit). Special shoutout to Tanner, our tasting room host, who made us feel so welcome. Will definitely be back!
