I hope you have the same luck as me and get a breakfast prepared by Daniel, a boy who greeted me kindly from the moment I entered, showed me what was on the menu and was always attentive to cleanliness and ensuring that the food was kept hot. and fresh. The bad thing was the day before a dark-haired test man who was clearly not trained in customer service starting with the language and had a very rude attitude when I asked about the menu, let's not talk about its cleanliness. The people who clean the room 10/10, I recommend this place because it is surrounded by many beautiful places to visit .

Stayed there for one night while traveling through. The parking and location were nice and the breakfast was decent. Room was clean. I’d give this hotel 5 stars but was never quoted additional pet fees when making the reservation and was surprised to find it on my bill after departing. Tried to call the hotel and spoke with manager to try and resolve the pet fees and additional charges to my account but he didn’t care. Was disappointing after all the other friendly interactions I had with staff. They had a nice walking path and area for relief for dogs so if an additional $60 charge is affordable for you then I’d say this is the place to go for pets.

Room was clean, breakfast was good, location in relation to downtown is good. The shower/water pressure was great. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because parking was full and the only ones available by nights end were the "Diamond Member" ones which didn't apply to us. We had to park pretty far far back. The spa and pool were both closed, and one of the two elevators was out of service which meant anytime we used it, it'd inevitably stop at every floor on the way down and result in a packed elevator. Kind of wish I could get a discount or room deduction due to all the amenities listed on the site not being available (spa/pool/etc).

This is such an amazing place The staff itself is extremely helpful all the way down to security guard who help me find laundry soap and also the third shift lady who worked tirelessly to help me do my laundry that night as well despite it being so late. The front desk agent Paige is amazing, she is very sweet and kind and informative and has quite the humor she really took care of us while I was there I wish I could provide pictures but I was all struck by the place even though it seems like just another Holiday inn. It was the people that made this place a 10 out of 10.

2 rooms for a family of 5. Adjacent to the outlet mall. Clean, easy check in and check out. Next to the fire station. Breakfast included. Lots of choices eggs, sausage, gravy, fruit, bread, bagels, cereals, coffee milks, juices. Amenities: outside pool, small gym, 10 times around the hotel is 1 mile. Business area in front of the check in desk. Pretty friendly.

Positive: Room was great Negative: Breakfast and wifi were substandard. Maybe a big crowd beat me to breakfast, but everything was out and replenishment was slow and not good (how do you mess up powdered eggs?). Wifi was so bad I used my hotspot.

Awesome room and great place to stay! Would be back for a repeat stay. Very clean and comfortable also an exceptional shower!

Good location if visiting The Biltmore. Easy access to highways, the outlet mall across the street and several good restaurants, hotel was bright and clean...the beds comfortable. It was much less expensive than hotels by Tunnel road. Breakfast was typical non-kitchen hotel fare.
