Wonderful and clean hotel. Everything was new and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Beds were comfortable, the rooms were quiet, and everything was very clean. Only a 10 minute walk to Disney as well. Two staff members went out of their way to make sure our stay was fantastic. Yadira and Ofelia go above and beyond each morning to make sure each guest has what they need for breakfast. They keep things stocked, clean, and offer assistance to anyone who needs it. Excellent customer service skills that made our stay top notch! 👏🏼

The Holiday Inn Express was clean, friendly, and air-conditioned in a very hot Anaheim. Disneyland is just a 10-minute walk away! There was laundry inside the building, so we were never out of clean clothes. It was a great pool to swim in with a Jacuzzi, and the service was excellent, especially the staff, including Diana, who helped us professionally with a smile. All this made the trip just perfect and the included breakfast was a plus.I really wish they’d get better coffee. Luckily that was not a dealbreaker and we will definitely return. ♐️👍🏼😍

Very nice hotel with complimentary breakfast. The front desk staff was very friendly and informative, and the breakfast attendants did a great job in keeping the buffet stocked. Yes, it is right next to the highway, and the motorcycles tend to be extremely loud. However, after a day at Disney, we were so tired that it didn't matter. I would recommend this hotel, with a little warning about the freeway noise.

i booked the king bed suite that came with a pull out couch. the room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. but the kitchenette needs help. it was a bit thrown together and mundane. sort of like a rinse sink from a construction site. |breakfast was great, Osiris & Rivera were very kind and helpful. Osiris was very patient with some guests that had interesting questions about "what was in the eggs?". she handled the situation politely. rivera was sweet and professional as well, advised us of when certain breakfast foods became available again. |the house keeping was good but needs a bit of supervision as not everything off the check list received attention. certain things had to be brought to their attention after the fact. |overall everyone was very kind and friendly at the holiday inn express we stood at in anaheim, ca. would definitely stay here again if we plan another trip to disney.

first time to disney, celebrating my girls 40th birthday. room were spacious, everyone is polite and friendly. kitchenette looks a bit bland as far as decor goes. bed was comfy, but recommend against a first floor room, as it is adjacent to everything - also noisy in the early mornings and next to the staff quarters. ||breakfast is great, Yadira & Ofelia were very kind and polite. Ofelia was sweet enough to personally bring us a plate of bacon when it was ready after we inquired if any more was being made. ||house keeping was a bit off when our room was serviced. bed was made but certain details were overlooked, like changing sheets and refilling soap dispensers. ||overall the room was modern but that kitchen needs help, perhaps a vanity or a cabinet.

The housekeepers were very helpful with cleaning up our daughter’s first natural cycle which also made her feel embarrassed for waking up to it on the bedding, and the ladies in housekeeping talked with our daughter to make her comfortable and not to worry about anything.. which is great since she is only 10 years old and started something that other females start during their teenage years…. My wife and I would love to thank them for everything especially their kindness and friendly hospitality…

It was perfect for the family and I. It's within walking distance to Disneyland, like 8 to 10mins. I was expecting a noisy place so close to Disneyland but it was nice and quiet. The free breakfast was good and the cooks Yadira y Ofelica were pleasant breakfast attendants.

Great stay while we were at Disneyland. The breakfast was also fantastic. Yadra and Ofelia were incredibly hospitable and friendly which made our experience even better! The eating area, gym, and guest rooms were cleanly and perfect for a fun Disney trip.
