Staff was efficient... Had a small problem with check in, and it was resolved quickly. Someone was always around if you needed help. Hotel was CLEAN... Lobby smelled great when we walked in. Room was one of the cleanest we have stayed in. (Been staying at hotels and Air BNBs for the past 7 years). Rooms were good.. We decided on the double queen bed suite. Beds were soft, plenty of storage room for 3 people, nice layout. Breakfast was good.. Got busy quick, sometimes there was a wait. But coffee was always available! Awesome location, we walked to the park both days. Plenty of parking! Also recommend Chris's family restaurant, short drive from the hotel.

This hotel is perfect if you're doing multiple visits to Dorney Park. Its right across the street. ||Cinnamon buns are still my favorite part of breakfast at a HI express. ||Exit 54 of Interstate 78.||There are multiple restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. ||Ice Cream world is 2 doors down.

This is an easy to get to hotel right across the street from Dorney Park. There is a McDonald’s a few doors down. The hotel has ample parking. It must be new, or newly renovated, as everything looked great. The staff were friendly and helpful.||I had a king room with a shower. My room was well-appointed and very comfortable. I remarked to the front desk staff that I couldn’t remember the last time I slept so well in a hotel. The bed was amazing and the blackout shade really helped keep out the morning light. Even though I was right next to the elevator I didn’t hear any noise during my stay. My room had a coffee machine, microwave and refrigerator. ||For a business traveler, the many charging outlets and comfortable desk will be well appreciated. My room had a good size bench for my overnight suitcase with hooks above. There was also a small armoire to hang clothes with a safe to store valuables.||The tv was large and there were many channel options for entertainment. ||Breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast with a variety of choices. The eating area was nicely appointed. ||I highly recommend this hotel.

Checked in and no one was at the front desk. Waited a few minutes only to find the girl was sitting in the “lounge” area. We arrived at 1pm. Hotel was empty. I was told it was $50 to check in prior to 3. I was never told of this ahead of time. Front desk girl was beyond rude. Our room had a horrific musty smell, the wallpaper was buckled and peeling off the wall. Shower curtain was ripped and hanging on by a thread. When we used the shower the hallway near door got soaked, I went to dry it with a towel to find out the floor was filthy. Our air was not working. The next morning we went down for breakfast to find people walking around barefoot where food was being served. No one around to Bring to anyone’s attention. Tried the front desk and no one to be found there either. Nothing but rude service if service was available at all.

Positive: Our first stay was so great we had to come back the staff is amazing they are very helpful and they also take care of all your needs.! Nice Clean Coffie Station 24/7 and you can also grab fresh baked cookies that went well with my coffee Negative: Only thing was there was bag of trash in one of the dresser but apparently the following guest stuff it in there so much that is wasn?t noticeable at first but other than that I would definitely recommend this location especially if your going 2Dorneypark

I must say that the receptionist was quite unprofessional when I checked in. She was on the phone with her mother (only knew because she said, “mom, I told you I’m with a customer and you should hold on). Other than that, the other staff were good. I have been staying at Holiday Inn Express for several years, but this has been substandard compared to others I’ve stayed in with my family. Room space: always book the suite because I want enough space for my family and especially the kids to be able to move around and play, but theroom was not spacious enough as I thought it would compared to the other hotels we’ve stayed at. The kids barely had room to play and we keep bumping into each other. Smell: The room carpets felt damp and smells like mildew. Extra Living Space: Again, this section is too small (notice I used present tense) because I just checked in today. Also, the tv in the area is not working, and after sharing the concern with the front desk personnel, nothing was done. Wall: The wall by the window and AC has a huge hole which they tried to cover with the wallpaper, but it couldn’t cover the blemishes as the wallpaper itself has got several huge bubbles and about to be ripped apart. WiFi: Poor. Hopefully, the management would review these and work on these concerns.

Expedia is my go to site never had problems. Reserved a king bed with couch suite, paid the night before I showed up. I wanted an early check in due to going to dorney park which is literally across the street. I called was told yes but call back in the am so I did. Called in am no supervisor so I was told to call back , I did about half hr later and was told no they can't check in early which was fine, I just wanted my stuff out of hot car during heat wave while my family was at Dorney. We get there , they put bags in back room, and I asked when's earliest check in, was told 230. Went to park and my fiance was called about 20 mins later by hotel to tell him online overbooked our room, and that my fiance, toddler and 11 year old cant fit in a king bed with pull out bed room. Then when I spoke to them they claimed pricelined overbooked people. I didn't use priceline. So we got a basic 2 queen bed room, which we didn't want but that's what they had. They didn't have room ready yet either so we waited in the lobby. The room was OK, we got room with view of park. the lamp light kept flickering so we did not use it. There's a handful of channels on the TV so I'm happy we brought our firestick. From 6pm to about 1130pm there was a group of teen girls that had multiple rooms but maybe no adult supervison, that would run up and down the halls, giggle, slam doors ,yell and be loud. Security had to come up to tell em to knock it off but they kept doing it. I will say the beds were very nice and clean. The employees weren't rude. The cookies were mid. We walked by the room we were told we were gonna have and it stayed empty so... Hopefully it was a one time thing, the teens being aholes but idk. Location is great If Dorneypark is what you wanna do although it's kinda scary trying to cross busy road. Just do hotel next door, they have a pool.

If you pay extra for a "Dorney Park View," DO NOT accept room 222! It's listed as having a Dorney Park View, and the hotel will charge you extra for it, but you do NOT get a view of the park. You instead get a view of the roof to the hotel's entrance (see the picture). Since our son loves roller coasters, we wanted to surprise him with a room that would allow him to see his favorite Dorney coaters. Instead we were surprised to get no view at all. It was such a big disappointment. When we immediately brought this to the hotel's attention and tried to switch our room, we were told there was nothing they could do because all the rooms were full. When I asked why we had to pay extra to reserve that room, they said it's because it faces the park, even though it has no view of it. I was then told a manager would be there the next day to see about getting the extra money back, but the next day I was told the manager wouldn't be around. I emailed later and got no response. So, I figured I'd write to warn anyone who wants a Dorney Park view: you won't get one with room 222. I don't want you to experience the same disappointment we had. The rest of our stay was fine, the room was clean, and people were very friendly, but we'll probably be looking elsewhere next time, especially if we want a view.

Our 1-night stay was very comfortable to break up our road trip. Our 1 bedroom suite was very roomy and clean. Kitchen appliances and bathroom were a little dated, but did not bother us. The receptionist was very kind and helpful getting us a crib. B
