Holiday Inn Express & Suites Absecon-Atlantic City Area, an IHG Hotel - Hotel in Absecon - 655 White Horse Pike #30E, USA

This is a great hotel that provides a lot of amenities all in one place such as free wifi, breakfast included, 24 hour fitness facility, indoor pool, hot tub, drinks and snack station, coffee station, water dispensers station, nice caring staff. And it’s not too expensive to stay here for 3 nights less than $1000. The one downside of my experience staying here that I’d wish was better was the bed. I wish the bed was more softer and not as firm. My bed at home seems softer. But otherwise, this is a great hotel I would consider staying at again if I’m ever near the Atlantic City area again.

Me and my wife decided to take a vacation on our wedding anniversary and we went to this Holiday Inn and we were really shocked at how amazing we had a good time just for one day. Not only they have good customer service but the room is very clean, very comfortable. Showers was great and we would use the hot tub and the pool. We really appreciate the hospitality and we would definitely would like to come back again.

Exceptional Stay for Our Team!||We recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Absecon, NJ, with our group of 25 athletes and their families from August 8th to August 11th, and we couldn’t have been more pleased with our experience. From the moment we checked in at 3 pm on Thursday, we felt incredibly welcomed.||The breakfast was perfect for our early mornings, providing the energy our boys needed before their games. The common area was ideal for our team to gather and relax, and our families enjoyed the pool alongside other guests, making for a fun and enjoyable stay.||We had planned a team cookout at a local park, but the weather had other plans. Thankfully, the hotel manager, Justin, was incredibly accommodating and allowed us to use the hotel premises for our cookout. We had a large spread, and the maintenance staff was on duty, ensuring we had everything we needed. Their attention to detail and willingness to help made all the difference.||We are aware that our group included 13-year-old boys and their siblings, and at times they got a bit out of hand. The staff handled the situation appropriately, with professionalism and understanding.||Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Absecon, NJ, exceeded our expectations. Manager Justin and his staff were wonderful, and we are so grateful for their hospitality. Thank you from New Hampshire!

For such an affordable price I was pleased with the quality of the experience. The room was clean and spacious, and the beds were comfortable. If you’re looking for a budget friendly option that doesn’t skimp on cleanliness or comfort, this hotel is a fantastic choice. Will definitely be returning for future trips

I had a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn Express Absecon Atlantic City. The room was comfortable, clean, and equipped with all the amenities I needed. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of options, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, especially when we had a late check-in. The hotel is conveniently located about 15-20 minutes from the Atlantic City Boardwalk and close to shopping areas. Easy to get to and a great place to stay. Highly recommended!

Nice hotel. Breakfast was really good with a lot of choices. Had an issue at check in with the desk agent not being able to find reservation but the manager helped clear that up. Pool is nice and the 24/7 tea or coffee in the lobby is really a nice touch. Would definitely stay here again.

Nous avons aimé la localisation proche d’Atlantic City et de nombreux restaurants. Chambres propres et spacieuse et salle de bain juste incroyable pour un 2 étoiles. Frigo, micro-ondes et machine à café dans la chambre. Machine et laver et séchoir également disponibles (!! Prévoir des quarters pour ces machines). Piscine et salle de sport disponibles||Pour nos deux nuits, nous avons dû supporter beaucoup de bruit des chambres nous entourant. Clientèle majoritairement jeune lors de notre séjour. Murs entre chambres assez fins. Personnel pas très engageant lors de notre check in.||!!! L’option « pas de prepaiement - paiement au check in » disponible sur Booking n’est pas respectée par cet hôtel qui prendra d’office la première nuit de votre séjour sur votre carte de crédit la veille de votre séjour. Ceci est une garantie et l’intégralité de votre réservation devra malgré tout être payée lors du check in. Il faudra compter plusieurs jours pour que la garantie soit débloquée

This hotel gets major points for the CLEANLINESS of the rooms, great shower and water pressure. They also offered ( quality) Dove hand, shower, lotion, shampoo, and conditioner. If you forgot your toothbrush, paste, or shaving items it was available, and furnished upon request. They offered a nice complementary breakfast with a good variety of breakfast selections. However, during my leisurely stay, ( being a light sleeper) I had requested a quieter room not located near the elevators and / or high traffic areas. Unfortunately, I was placed in Room 206 located near the elevator. It was also an ajoining room where I could hear voices, children running back and forth, and a screaming baby that didn't settle down until after 11pm. About the bed. It was a comfortable mattress, with options of firm or softer pillow selections. However, this bed and headboard was extremely loud and SWEAKY from the first moment that I sat down on it. This continued with any movement throughout my stay. The tiolets were slow riders, and not elongated tiolets that are extremely helpful and necessary for those with mobility issues. When addressing this matter to the front desk, I learned those tiolets were only available in the handicap assessable, which were fully booked at that time. The associate explained this was not the first compliant regarding the tiolets. I was very disappointed that I couldn't stream ( Netflix, etc) on the TV, with my own subscriptions. I dont know maybe i was expecting too much, but i thought that was standard in todays times/climate. I would be happier, if this was a friendly culture, as last experienced in Culpepper VA, ( 5 stars) where the front desk greeted you upon entering and exciting. Even if asking how was your stay. Apparently the folks near AC just didn't care? So they will learn about my experiences upon every survey, I will encounter. Overall, Holiday Inn Express was a clean hotel, and I felt very safe at this location. Just would have been happier to have had a quieter stay. The bed, children and noise levels prevented a higher rating! Raise the tiolets, adjust the TV's, sound proof the rooms, having fragrance running through the ventilation would really raise the bar for me.
