The hotel is a little older, but it is well maintained. The staff at this location is top notch! Everyone is extremely friendly. If I am ever back in the area this is where I will be staying. The restaurant on site is really good! There are also plenty of other dining options within walking distance.

The people who work here are friendly. The carpets and furniture are dated, but the bed was firm and comfortable. There is a Keurig, fridge, and microwave in the room. Plastic blinds but no curtains, so it stays bright when sunny out. No free breakfast like most HIEs, but there is a buffet you can pay for. I just drove to Whole Foods to get stuff for the morning, and there are healthy restaurants there. One elevator is not wheelchair accessible as there are two steps, so the luggage cat wasn’t useful. There is an accessible elevator, it you have to push it up an incline. Access to the pool is also not wheelchair accessible. I recommend not staying here if you use a wheelchair or can’t do steps. The gym had an elliptical and two bikes, and some weights, but no treadmill, which is something I counted on. There is no business center anymore.

The hotel is very old. Needs a new makeover. Bed was comfy. The elevator was too far from room, back exit just stairs and creepy "Shinning" feel to it. The bathroom had a gross old tub. Wallpaper peeling. The parking lot was creepy at night. There is not enough parking.

Comfy beds, delicious food and indoor pool.|I stayed over the weekend and was pleased to find all kind of amenities and friendly staff. ||This hotel is surrounded by shops, malls and restaurants. I enjoyed the bookstore near by with plenty of things to see and old vinyls to choose from

Booked this hotel for the 4th of July. First of all the location was perfect, but I realized that this HI was not a new refurbished location. No centennial breakfast as usual, kids under 12 eat free. The bathroom toilet didn’t have water until I fixed it. The refrigerator cabinet door kept opening as if we had a ghost in the room. Hotel is outdated as if I was in a flashback of the 70’s! The service was great as the staff were welcoming and addressed us as if we were VIPs. I know this facility is not up to everyone’s expectations, but it surely was an experience that the kids will remember. P.S. the pool was indoors and that was helpful.

The price was really good, all of the staff felt very trained. The location was awesome, literally a little suburban getaway haha. Not very crowded. The room was very clean. The bed is super comfy, those types of bed where you can move on one side and not wake up the other person. I know a lot of people leave reviews about the water pressure, but this shower was great. Usually at hotels, the soap leaves a grippy feeling on your fingers. This soap was the opposite and actually left a lotion on your hands which is nice for someone that washes their hands often like me. The cleaning staff was literally always helping me open the door when they saw that I needed help. I'd say getting a $100 room is a little risky, but this hotel provides the basics of what you need in a very professional and clean way for cheap. They let us check in early for $50 which helped my girlfriend and I a lot. If you want a place to stay to visit the Dublin area, you will definitely feel comfortable here.

Nice & helpful people at the check in desk. Room was ok. It seemed as if this is an older hotel that has been added on to or possibly just had an unusual floor plan from the beginning as it is a bit of a maze. Convenient location. Would not have a problem with staying here again.

Positive: The front desk staff were awesome I was able to get a early check in.They made the process easy Negative: They need more parking, they share a lot with outback steak house and it?s hard to find a parking spot on a weekend night.
