We held our 2 day conference there. Susan & Charlotte, the ladies who helped us, were excellent. Also, the young men who helped were very accommodating. Sorry I didn't get their names. The rooms were clean, but for me, the mattress was too soft. We will use the hotel for future conferences. We had 80 persons who attended. No complaints. Thank you Susan and Charlotte.

The staff at this hotel appear to be very customer service oriented. Rooms were very clean. Although breakfast was pretty basic, they really try to make the experience enjoyable. Very good parking in safe area. One side by freeway a little noisier in morning on commute days, but also nice view of Walnut Valley. The other side is very calm. I have stayed here two times and both times have gone well.

Stain on iron. Left a burt smell in the room. Thermostat are just for show. Use the AC control. Wash cloth are by request only. None in my room. Coffee maker was leaking. Curtain won't close all the way.

I was there for business a couple weeks ago. Property was very clean, modern, and comfortable. I had a King Suite and it was perfect: adjustable ac/heat, microwave, mini fridge (that actually worked and kept food items cold), lots of space for lounging, big mirrors, lamps/lights, and many outlets (usb, regular electrical). Everything worked and it was a very enjoyable stay. I also liked that the hotel had a restaurant (food was ok but service was excellent) and a little corner area in the lobby where you could buy snacks, ice cream, water, drinks, microwaveable food, and toiletries.

Nice hotel. Clean, easy to get in and out of. Great staff to help with any issues. The gentlemen for breakfast was fantastic, always smiling and always trying to help the guests. Cocktails at night were nice by the tv in the bar. This is a clean hotel that is convenient in the area.

Oscar from the front desk was the absolute best. We had an issue with the shower pressure in our bathroom, and he was able to immediately move us to another room at 2AM. Also gave us plenty of waters every night of our stay. Would totally stay here again in the future.

Clean hotel, good staff, they accommodated 4 families to be near each other while we were there for a swim meet. One family had the alarm in their room going off in the middle of the night which was the negative. I don't believe they got any compensation for losing hours of sleep our last night.

Great room, but issue discovered prior to checkout was found. The issue was quickly resolved by the GM Annie, and her kindness more than made up for my inconvenience.
