Holiday Inn Colorado Springs Airport, an IHG Hotel - Hotel in Colorado Springs - 1855 Aeroplaza Dr, USA

Positive: The rooms are clean and comfortable! Negative: We arrived very late (after midnight) and planned to sleep in the next day. I placed the do not disturb sign on door. Checkout was supposed to be at noon. The maid started knocking on the door, despite the do not disturb sign, at about 8:15 AM!

I stayed recently, and personally I had an excellent stay. The gentleman that helped me out went above and beyond when I had trouble with the booking service I used. I asked for a top floor room, and they offered it with no hesitation. Clean room, beautiful mountain view, and FULL size products in the bathroom! I had no problems with this hotel, it was an excellent place to stay.

The front desk people at check-in were fabulous. They made sure that we were well taken care of. My only negative was that I needed something on our final night, which is normal available, but was told that they were all out. The room was clean and comfortable.

We got in late and left really early, the hotel was suitable for everything we needed. Rooms were nicely appointed and clean. Would recommend, will stay there again when I’m passing through next time.

My stay here was great! I was a little worried, because I wasn’t aware at first of the shuttle times, even though I called twice prior informing of when I come in, but it wasn’t explained that shuttle ends at 5pm so I had to take an Uber when I got in and I didn’t budget for that , though I could have if I was told one of the 2 times I called. HOWEVER, from check in to being shuttled back to airport end of stay, everything and everyone was so nice and accommodating. Special thank you to the bar, they were always nice and the manager was really nice as well. I would come back.

I was there for a business meeting, so I didn't see the actual rooms, but the conference rooms were extremely spacious, clean, and accommodating. I also viewed the indoor pool and looked very well maintained. The water was clear instead of, like other hotels, are not well maintained, and the water is cloudy. The lobby was extremely clean & organized. The restaurant attached to the hotel, Burger Bar, looked like a restaurant that I would like to eat at.

Really nice hotel. Rooms and hotel were very clean, the bed was comfortable and the WiFi was good without any issues. We checked in and the front desk lady was very cold. No smile, no warm feeling. Maybe she was having a bad day but not very welcoming. The only other negative but small thing was the tv. It was really small which you could expect to be bigger. Other than that I’d definitely Marty again.

Great hotel with clean rooms and good restaurant with cold beer/drinks and delicious burgers. Burger patties made in house from locally sourced/grown beef. Cheese curds were delicious as well! Will be staying again.
