Everybody was awesome. Starting and ending with Vanessa. She was great. Everybody was so kind and helpful. First time staying here but I am sure not last. Mini golf was fun. Pool was really nice. Lots of chairs, umbrellas, etc. activities center blew up our rafts. Whew

The listing is misleading as it does not clarify that this property is a timeshare, not a resort or a hotel. This was not communicated during check-in, and I only discovered it when I requested room cleaning and fresh towels. No where in the listing does it mention that it is a timeshare not a hotel or a resort. Guests are responsible for their own trash disposal and villa cleaning, as no housekeeping services are provided by management. Additionally, the main entrance is shared with the adjacent villa, resulting in noise from neighboring units. The air conditioning is turned off at night, causing the villa to become uncomfortably hot.||The room we got was the size of a small condo. It has a separate kitchen, bedroom and a sitting area. The villa is very clean and decently maintained. They also provided complimentary coffee the first day. The kitchen has all the utensils to cook including silverware, plates, cups and glasses. Overall, well equipped kitchen. The bed is comfortable and clean. The bathroom is also very clean and well maintained. Overall, very clean place.

Usually when we're in Orlando we stay at Orange Lake. It was full due to us late planning. Orlando Breeze turned out to be the a great backup plan. The penthouse/suite was excellent for our family of 13. It was peaceful and more personal than Orange Lake. We still were able to access Orange Lake as well. I love it. Holiday Inn Club Vacations is the best choice if you want to own a membership with a resort. I feel like an owner and not a number.

Positive: The room we stayed in (2 bedroom villa) was really good. Very spacious and great extras, like double shower heads, and deep soak tub. Negative: The floors inside the room could have been cleaner. My kids had very dirty feet after walking around with no shoes on. Negative: ""

I've stayed here twice and absolutely love the location, the workers, and the resort. Saying that there's no pets allowed, not so much. I have a child whose allergies flare when in contact with pet hair. My rooms on both occasions didn't have that problem so we were very lucky. I always choose hotels that don't allow pets just in case my child forgets to take her medicine, her allergic reactions don't ruin her vacation.

We enjoyed experiencing the resort. The staff was very accommodating, the villa was very comfortable and the grandkids enjoyed the mini-golf and facilities. Highly recommend. It is a smaller resort, but I enjoyed not having a hundred people around all the time.

A lot of construction going on right now, which makes it loud and the entrance, in general, hard to get into. I love Holiday Inn Club, in general, but the apartments in this one are only so-so in comparison with most I've been in. The furniture is new, but for some reason they chose a very outdated look. The bathrooms don't look like most of the HICs I've been to either, more like regular hotel room bathrooms. The people who are working here have been nothing but lovely, though, and have gone out of their way to help us.

Positive: The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly & had every thing we needed in our room! I would definitely stay here again! Negative: This place is about 25 to 30 minutes from Disney World but we knew that before booking.
