Holiday Inn Cleveland-S Independence, an IHG Hotel - Hotel in Independence - 6001 Rockside Rd, USA

We just had our daughter's wedding here. From Laura Sarace, event planner, to the front desk and hospitality, we were pleased beyond our dreams. Laura, is professional, knowledgeable and kind! She guides you through each step and makes your life easier because of all that she does.The reception was elegant and the food delicious! The front desk was a amazing and accommodating to our rambunctious group!! We can't thank you all enough for making this a memorable weekend for our daughter!!

This Holiday Inn saved our trip. We had checked in at an extended stay motel nearby and found a german roach infestation in the bathroom at 2am (which they refuse to refund). We tried many hotels nearby, all booked up for a convention. We were about to just sleep in our car, but tried the Holiday Inn as a last option. When we got into the lobby here, Darrell greeted us warmly and found us a room that had no-showed and checked us in with speed, with a completely reasonable rate (we expected it to be excessively high to take advantage of our situation, so this was a huge concern!) AND offered a very late checkout so we could actually get some rest since it was so incredibly late and we were obviously stressed. The rooms aren't the newest, but it was CLEAN. We checked extra thoroughly for pests, and found no signs of them. Bed was decently comfortable and a generous number of pillows. We will absolutely keep this hotel in mind for our future travel to Cleveland, which is often!

I enjoyed staying here. The best was comfortable as heck and the room was spacious. The staff was great to work with. Extremely nice. I'd have not a single problem staying here again. There's a couple restaurants across the parking lot, plus their own place inside the hotel.

This is honestly one of the best holiday inns I've ever been to. The pool was phenomenal, it was huge, 8ft deep at its deepest. The bar was pretty cool. Fun lights and dancing. And the service was impeccable. The reason why we picked this hotel was the location, about 15 minutes to downtown and parking is included. 10/10 would recommend. I'll definitely be coming back every time we stay in Cleveland!

Recently renovated. Rooms are amazing. Lobby is welcoming. Room beds are fantastic and I am particular about beds--comfortable for all sleepers. Great service for our 350 person conference. Staff friendly... Even the maintenance person on the elevator.

The bathroom counter in my room had an odd angle to it that made shaving a little bit of a challenge, and the carpet on the 4th floor was heavily worn and could have stood to be replaced. Otherwise a clean, comfortable, and conveniently located hotel for my needs.

I had a problem with I paid full price & did not get breakfast. The bathroom door would stick open or closed. The shower has a steady dripping. And the A/C had about a 4 dreg veryance. I was surprised that the didn't offer a discount. Very disappointed with your hotel

Nice quiet and dark room. Front desk staff didn't offer any information, and there wasn't any info in the room. The first night, we learned the restaurant served breakfast only, and the bar was closed. The second night, the bar was unexpectedly open. The hallway carpets were loose on all floors and a tripping hazard. A Bob Evans and a Denny's were within walking distance.
